Comments: It took BetPop's Kevin Gates only 17 minutes to reply to Mr. Paul Burnett's questions with complete answers. Kevin went to his website to copy the charts and pasted them in the email instead of linking Paul to his website. The player was pleased to also get information on NFL sweet heart teasers and the 21 point teaser, which he did not know was offered.

Comments: BetOnline's Gena went above and beyond the call of duty for Paul. Gena gave in-depth responses for each question and expanded on her answers in order to mention similar betting options Paul may be interested in. Paul was very excited to hear that a book with seemingly good email service offers 7 to 1 on 3-team parlays. Gena included a chart in her email to Mr. Burnett that gave further details on teasers.

Comments: Sportbet's Jeff answered all of Jon Burnett's questions by listing the odds and payoffs in a chart. Being a lazy person, Jon was happy he didn't have to go to the website or open a spreadsheet to get his answers. Sportbet's wagering options, speedy response and competent service representative has prompted Mr. Burnett to give Sportbet a try.

Comments: Jon was a bit overwhelmed by all the information and stipulations that came with an outline of the bonus program. 5Dimes Carrie also sent him promotional information on the casino which he has no plans of ever using. John was happy to receive an excel chart of parlay and teaser information which led him to believe he would get personalized service in a timely fashion. 5Dimes did forget to answer one of the 5 questions regarding multi-league parlays.

Comments: Wagerweb's Paul Barker gave complete answers to most of Mr. Burnett's many questions. Jon will have to contact WagerWeb again to find out if the book offers mix-league parlays. He really wants to parlay NFL spreads with NBA moneylines and is making a list of books that allow these multi-league parlays.
Jon will pass on WagerWeb because the sportsbook gave his address to at least one other website and is not happy about getting SPAM. WagerWeb loses test points for spamming players who have yet to sign up with the sportsbook.

Comments: Jon is finding that the hardest question to get an answer for is if book offers parlays across different leagues. Like 5Dimes and Wagerweb, Intertops missed this question. Intertops has a limited teaser offering yet Jon was unable to completely understand the included chart. Intertops Raquel also neglected to answer Jon's question about parlays. The token $20 free bet isn't enough to motivate the player to clarify his questions. Jon has moved on to his next sportsbook email.

Comments: Skybook's Erika did not make an attempt at answering any of Jon Burnett's detailed questions. She did point John in the right direction by linking him to the book's general information page which only addressed some of his inquiries. Considering that Jon specifically asked Skybook to provide answers directly via email he will likely move on to a book that has the time to do so.

Comments: BetMania Billy used parlay and teaser charts to cover all of Jon Burnett's questions. BetMania refrained from answering the question about the bonus saying, it varies and that Jon should call. Jon suspects that Billy wants to chat to he can close the deal and get him playing. Jon prefers verifying offers through email and has already waited a day for a response.

Comments: John received an email within 20 minutes saying his questions would be addressed within 48 hours. John received the 2nd email in 3 days and had already sent his money to a sportsbook. He did read the email to compare and found all of his questions were answered in the provided parlay charts and a link to Sportsbook.com's bonus page. Sportsbook.com's Louisa seemed knowledgeable but considering the email was scheduled to be addressed in two days and then took three, her department clearly does not have the time to deliver fast and efficient service.

Comments: Jon wanted to rule out the possibility of an email problem. He emailed SkyTower through three different mail services but each had been returned. Skytower blamed the problem on technical difficulties with email. Jon may try to email them again in the next few months.
SkyTower responds to test results by saying they had email server issues and have since acquired a new email server. Skytower and it's new equipment will be tested in the near future.
