    MalinaCasino - Trying to steal winnings with absurd verification requirements

    Hello,
    I deposited money there and played there for several weeks, I also paid out funds once or twice. Account obviously verified including a selfie with proof. At the next payday, I was asked to statement an Ecopayz account from the last three months. I was very surprised, the more so that the company did not agree to hide transactions with other companies and persons which is a violation of my privacy. I agreed, however, to recover my money. Soon I received an e-mail asking for confirmation of the Ecopayz account deposit. Funds for the Ecopayz account were transferred to me by a family member and I did not make deposit by card or bank transfer and I forwarded this information to Malinacasino. The next day I was asked for statement from the Ecopayz account of the person who sent me the money for three months. Of course, this person absolutely does not agree that I or someone else could check what and from whom she bought and what operations he was doing. I have no possibility to force anyone to disclose any statement, which is why I think Malinacasino wants to cheat me and not pay me my money. Do not play there if you want your money back.

    Used malinacasino for while,Wanted to withdraw money, they asked first for verification with my ID and bank statement, okay sent them and was waiting today to verify them.They replied that they want screenshots from neteller from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 115 transactions which i made, provided them as well.Than they replied that they want screenshots from ECOPAYZ from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 250 transactions which i made, provided again.Last they replied that they want screenshots from neteller and skrill accounts with the deposit/ withdraw of my accounts.SENT THEM as well and now waiting for their reply, to see what now they will make.The amount is really small for this casino, it's just 1450eur or something like it.I will be happy if you can help me in this dispute.Take care


    Filled complaint already. On the same boat with him.

    @SBR: It's worth mentioning OP's case has already been reviewed on AskGamblers. The operator was involved in there for a long period of two months. You just have to google the topic of this thread

    - A screenshot of your Neteller wallet you used to top up your balance (page with your personal data).

    - A screenshots of the Neteller wallet with the deposits / withdrawals from your bank cards or bank account.

    This turned to a joke.
    Allthough everything was sent to them, they still repeat the same bullshit.
    And i am sure, after these documents were sent, they will request again ecopayz, than skrill etc.

    I didn't make some deposits in the last 1 year to my neteller, so i can't give them this information.

    I will report my experience with them in the next days. Had already some money on it before I've read about recent issues. According to a German betting forum they are systematically stalling payouts but in most of the cases they paid out in the end. It's been said you have to request small tranches, e.g. 5x200 instead of 1x1k. You don't have to wait until the first withdrawal has been processed but you just have to wait 10 seconds and then you can request another one.

    I know about the other portal Lonnie,

    But it's really sad that they want from you all your merchants transactions in the last 3 months when you didn't used them.
    Even if you send them, they are just ignoring you, keeping asking other things etc.

    Hope they will pay at the end anyway.

    When did you submit your complaint? And has one of our staff members been in contact with you to discuss it? If so the best thing to do is to email them directly to make sure they see it.

    They're dealt with in the order they're received so they'll be sorting through the ones from the weekend and last week before yours gets allocated to someone.     Can't you send them the deposit/withdraw page showing no transactions?

    I know they seem to just be being difficult but if it doesn't matter anyway, after giving them so much info, better to not give them any reason to put your case in the "waiting for player to comply" pile.

    Well @lonnie55 ,
    I am sure that malina will not approve my documents until SBR or BMR or other forums moderators get in touch with them.
    If not, i will write to neteller to show them what they requested from me as this is a lot of personal information and i am sure that this will be something annoying for neteller at least imo.
    Sent the documents 104940 times to malina, don't know why they refuse to verify them.
    Hope, SBR can reach them to see what will happen to my situation.

    Update: They sent me a withdrawal schedule. For some reason they have to split bigger withdrawals. However first withdrawal already arrived.

    I would not recommend anybody to register though. It's hardly acceptable they demand for transaction history and all-time deposit/withdrawal history. Even from other wallets that have not been in use. That's cheeky.

    I'm glad I found this thread. I just opened an account a few days ago and wanted to verify it before making a deposit.

    When I asked them if the documents they requested were approved (ID and utility bill), their reply was that they can't verify my account before I make a deposit and then send them a color copy of the credit card I used. So, they want you to deposit money first, and then they will let you know if your other documents were approved. Thanks but no thanks.
