VODDs - Frozen account for over 3 weeks. Have they taken all my money?

I’ve never seen anything like this during the years I have been betting.


Created a VODDs account over 1 month ago and completed KYC etc. before depositing a bit over 50k euros (cant specify the exact number since haven’t had access to my account since 11 October). I made a few bets during a week period all on major soccer markets mostly on SING/IBC and 2 bets on Pinnacle soccer props (corners).


On the 11th of October I wasn’t able to log into the account.


They stated that one bet on Pinnacle (corners bet) was being reviewed due to suspicious betting patterns and that their compliance team would scrutinise the bet, meanwhile my money (only my deposits, since account was is losing) and pending bets on other Asian sportsbooks were still in the account. Of these pending bets most of them have since lost.


The pinnacle bet was 5k,and now instead of voiding the one bet they are attempting to rob all of my money basically due to one or two bets (10% or less) that are “in question” they want to be able to steal 90% of my balance, which is all deposited money.


I have received little to no feedback from the many live chats and they keep saying that your bet is being reviewed by the compliance team, please bear with us. I have been provided with no real information as to why this is happening, how long it will take, the possible outcome or been provided with contact information of higher ups at VODDs.


Well I’ve waited almost a month since I was advised by a very popular poster here that they were probably waiting for pinnacle to review the bet. It doesn’t take long to review and either void or accept a single bet and by the day this looks more and more like it's just blatant theft by VODDs.


I filed a complaint one week ago here with SBR but I am yet to receive a response back.


If anyone out there has any ideas how I can combat this issue or has had a similar experience I would appreciate any assistance.

I have reduced my own balance there after seeing these reports, I'm guessing others will do the same if there is no news and they don't explain the situation. Received the payment within an hour though.

no, I was betting on basketball, mostly NBA preseason, some Euroleague and Adriatic match
I did not have problem with specific match, they suspended my account, so I can't log in, can't withdraw balance of 76k, without any reason or explanation

Could it be, because both accounts were suspended at the same day with a large balance, this is simply due to 1 bad bet causing 1 of Vodds's bookie accounts (probably Pinnacle) to be suspended and thus blocking a large amount of money from them and they now have to wait for the bookie to unfreeze that account before they have access to the money again? So Vodds can't really unfreeze either of the large balances because that money is effectively stuck somewhere as well and they can't risk releasing it before they get it back themselves?

Sports Book Review Complaint made 16 days ago - no reply or follow up VODDS

I lodged a complaint with Sports Book Review on 23/10/2019 and have not had any contact back from them.

The complaint is regarding an issue with VODDs.com locking me out of my account with over 50k euro worth of bets and balance. VODDs not longer reply when I attempt to get in contact with them. Does anyone know if SBR normally follows up on the reports sent to them and what is the approx. time frame?

Just curious is it usual from them? Apart from Alfa is there any other punter out there using them and getting paid?

I am running out of options and was considering to make a deposit, not too big though, around 2k.

I use VOdds as my main Asian broker - I've never had my account suspended or had an issue with payment (though my balance is only 4-figures so not as significant as the others).

I've found that BetinAsia and Sportmarket will offer slightly shorter odds on some books (IBC and SBO - so the line may be 1.95 with IBC on VOdds but at exactly the same time will be 1.93 with BetinAsia).

The only issue I had with VOdds was that they had previously restricted the amount I could be on a particular league after the odds on a quite substantial bet I had fell through the floor. They still paid that bet though but next time I was looking for a similar sized bet they had set a stake limit.

I have account there, and did a successful withdrawal no problems, pretty much like their services, and before deposit didn't see many bad reviews, they offer better option that Asianodds88, but I do prefer any Mollybet platform.

Deposited by bank transfer 2000 euros (Euro zone), not too many brokers around accepting banking payment.

two weeks later withdrew my whole balance 2700 euros (total wagers around 4 times the initial deposit), got the full amount on my bank account the next day.

Not the best odds but good service from my experience.
