Delmon Young to Twins, very close

Maybe they are finally realizing that pitching is worth acquiring.

It's good to see that Tampa is finally going after some pitching help. I also noticed that they would get Juan Rincon in this deal to boot. Not to mention that they are close to signing Troy Percival to boot.

Now they can have 3 legit starters with Garza

BUT Young could be Soriano good

They needed some offense and now have 3 legit hitters and Cuddyer so they arent awful at hitting

If Liriano is healthy and Baker pitches well, they can at least be playoff contenders with Johan

BUT they will lose him next year so getting Phil Hughes for him aint too bad if you think about it

this is a great trade for the twins, young will be a stud if he keeps his attitude in check...if they can rape someone for santana then they're in business!!!
