Litecoin looks like higher upside this year
this BTC reserve is just fugazzy if all they are doing is converting confiscated coins to reserve does nothing to supply or demandComment -

1) I've been a Litecoin advocate for some time. It functions like BTC (at a lower cost). But doesn't have the name recognition.
2) There is a question on what all these US announcements translate to. If it's a matter of entitities front-running, then that has to be good for price. I've said that the USA will struggle to ever get to 1.00Mill BTC, and they're unlikely to ever pass MSTR's holdings (of ~540k BTC).Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -
#10684Buy low sell high on bitcoin. Loaded at 90k then dumped at 105k a few times. Loaded at 75k and dumped at 90k. Rinse and repeat as many times as needed. This is how you play Trump's economy.Comment -

#10686Trump took his foot off the gas but he didn't hit the brakes. At least the BTC will be taken out of circulation.Comment -
#10687Pavy claiming he’s shorting Bitcoin at the right moment every time is as believable as Lakerboy dropping 10 million on the superbowl 20 years ago as he did without any ticket lol “fa get about it” lame ass posters.Comment -

#10689Read my previous posts here about what I do with bitcoin. I do not trade bitcoin but the stocks that are heavily invested in bitcoin like MSTR, MARA, CLSK, RIOT, COIN ,etc. Buy when they drop and keep averaging down then when they shot up I sell for 10-15% profit then wait for the next drop as bitcoin trades in ranges for the last 4 months. It's not that hard to figure out and much more profitable than betting in the NBA. I'd suggest to learn how to trade instead of trying to win in sportsbetting with your bankroll. Learn how to cap stocks instead of capping NBA totals.Comment -

#10691You don't have to stop gambling if you are good at it. But maybe take the profits each month and invest them in something else. And those profits will keep growing for when you need it in retirement. But if you ever lose all your bankroll in 10-20 years maybe you have saved enough from the winnings for retirement. Like don't put all your eggs in one basket just because you are good at it now. You may run into a bad streak at some point beyond your control.Comment -
#10692Have been following the Summit recaps. Pretty disappointing.
The USA has too much bureaucracy. They are hamstrung, they're not moving. Time for everyone to learn Chinese.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -

#10694Heard one stat from today. Take this FWIW:
*Bitcoin 4-year CAGR is +10% over L4 years.
...That MIGHT BE an all-time low.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -
#10695I'll repeat something that I said b4:
*USA is supposedly interested in buying 1.00Mill BTC over the next four years.
...This is a pretty naive viewpoint. It's not like you're buying one million loaves of bread. You are on the clock. Politicians move at a snail's pace.
...They're getting this one wrong. Test case for Supply & Demand to be played out.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -

#10707What site/app is good for Sending & Receiving crypto, which I then can withdraw into my bank account. Looking to do all this with minimal fees. PayPal charges a LOT in fees. Robinhood just banned me from sending or receiving crypto.Comment -

If you want two names that are gaining traction, look @ Bitcoin Well and River. I think your question is a little off, though. Why would you want to ACQUIRE crypto to convert it into your bank acct? Self-custody is going to be a bigger and bigger theme.

You need a centralized exchange to go from crypto to dollars. As mentioned, Coinbase is OK.
A couple of others are Kraken and Gemini for USA customers. You will need to set up an account at any of these and link your bank to the account. I use mostly Kraken these days but once used Gemini quite a bit. Fees are a part of the game - none of these stand out as better than the other. You can save a couple of dollars by using the actual exchange interface rather than the "quick trade/quick buy/sell" feature some of these have.
As for wallets, there's hundreds to choose from. Exodus is a good all-purpose wallet for desktop users. I think they make a version for cell phone.Comment -
