My story is below.

I have been using their services since 2017 via VPN with their agreement. I had many deposits and withdrawals during this time.I made a withdrawal request on April, 7. The support answered me to login from an unmask residential IP address.
I explained that my unmasked IP address was banned by Nitrogensports. I had wrote my IP address to support. When I try the next message appears:"Access denied
What happened?
The owner of this website (nitrogensports.eu) has banned the country or region your IP address is in (BY) from accessing this website."

It looks so. They locked the door and told me to come in. HOW???

I quote the support:
"1. It is established in our rules and terms and conditions that users are not allow to use a masked IP address for withdrawing purposes.We do not allow a user to withdraw funds if they are logged in using a masked IP address.2. We do not steal your balance. As we explained before, your country is one of our restricted countries that cannot play with us and as a result, you have broken one of our internal rules and regulations reason why your account would be disabled and access to Nitrogen Sports would be restricted due to a potential security threat."

I had many withdrawals with masked IP and they knew about country exactly since 2017.

Is it fair play?

In my opinion it is a robbery!

You should never use a VPN with books that don't require kyc. Their only means of protection from multi account abusers is to restrict VPN and they are very strict about it especially if you are playing from a restricted country.

It's so easy to blame any client.. Look at the facts, please.
1. I have 1 account. They verified it earlier. I don't understand reasons for multi in my case.
2. I am ready for kyc.I do not hide my real IP. They have my email. I can provide all documents,photos,videos whatever they need.
3. My last withdrawal was completed in October. I have not changed my country of residence all this time.

You are very careless. I wrote to Nitrogensports support my country of residence in 2017, then repeat it in 2019. There was nothing about restrictions in their answers.
If they have restricted my country now without notify I am ready to stop playing there but they must return all funds. Do you disagree?

I advise you to be very careful. Ask them about country restrictions. They have the same rules and the same management. I only see 1 big difference. You must provide your email on nitrobetting.eu.

Go by a book's reputation with the books in CR. They only need data processing licenses which is why there are a ton of books located in CR. Bookmaker is in CR. Nitrogensports has been around almost 10 years.

You played from a restricted country. You broke the rules. Nitrogen did not steal your money. They should make you pay back all the money you collected before you got caught as well.
