So basically it looks like they are trying to steal my money here with no evidence. I have went through my facebook (with over 3000 friends from my poker career) and there are hits on those first names locally, I am going to send them screenshots. My city has over 1 million people, I will continue to post every interaction and show you guys how they are trying to rob me from my money.
Also, how unprofessional are these guys? It sounds like I'm arguing with a 10 year old.Comment -
#144Gaming Curacao will answer if you email complaints@gaming-curacao.com. It’s them Playbetr have a license with. Not Curacao eGaming as Playbetr claims on their footer which is a lie and a different site altogether.

I do not use social media at all, but I am willing to do everything to prove that I am not a part of a gaming group nor do not have multiple accounts. In fact, there are no other transactions in my crypto wallet than between me and other bookmakers and between my two wallets.
So, one more time: Could it be possible for Raiders72001 or Optional to try to help me in this situation?

But Betcoin has reached out and asked if we can post a statement for them.
Please see below:
As many of you know, Betcoin has grown immensely over the past few months, due to our innovative and aggressive decision to add 3 additional sportsbooks to our platform (Pinnacle to return soon, for players in permitted regions). While any sportsbook faces a number of threats from abusive players, adding more sportsbooks to the platform brought out the number of abusive players exponentially. So why are we doing this? To make the product more fun for the vast majority of legitimate players.
We do not permanently close an account or withhold funds from a player without 100% confirmation of violation of terms. In following this virtue, we have paid out illegitimate winnings to thousands of players who we were 99% sure of. Throughout our years of settling disputes with SBR, we have adapted our security protocols to match how they would resolve the situation. This means we do not seize winnings unless there is a provable violation of terms. We do not seize deposits unless there is a provable violation of terms, along with multi-accounting where a player has either received a value greater than the deposit in winnings on a previous account or has already been warned on a previous account not to create any additional accounts. When we say provable, we mean that we will be able to show a third party mediator or our licensor the specific details of the infraction and are confident they will agree that it was handled fairly. Generally, these abusers would rather make noise on a forum to attempt to extort us or damage our reputation, rather than going through the mediation process, as they know they cannot win. In our past dealings with SBR disputes, we have shown our willingness to listen and adjust to do what is most fair for the player and what is best for the industry. We are continuing to do what we think is most fair in every situation.
Often we will see people, in forums, ask why the sportsbook didn't close the account sooner, if the player was abusive. They will state things like.. "It was fine for the player to have an account when he was losing." We do not wait until a player is winning to close an abusive account. We do not wait until a player requests a withdrawal to close an abusive account. We use the latest in technology to detect abusive accounts, and close the account the moment the abuse is confirmed. In many cases, the time and money we spend ensuring that the violation is 100% confirmed and provable, often exceeds the value of the funds withheld.
It would make absolutely no sense for us to close a losing player's account or spend more money in an investigation to prove that a player is abusive than the value of their account, unless we felt like doing this would be best for the sports betting industry and prevent abusive players from returning. While previously, sportsbooks would keep their methods of detecting abuse secretive, we have teamed up with many other large books, as well as the leading odds providers, to share tips for finding and eliminating fraudulent players, and this is scaring the ones who have made a living for years exploiting us.
Our message is simple: We have invested heavily in tools to catch abusive players and detect abusive multi-accounting. Just like these players continue to find new ways to exploit unaware books, we continue to acquire the latest technology to stay one step ahead of them. Our reputation with legitimate players speaks for itself. We strive to offer the fastest payouts, fastest response times and fairest outcomes. We are here to stay and have many exciting new features and promos on the way.
If a player has a dispute, we will always work with our licensor or a reputable 3rd party mediator to achieve a fair outcome. This does not mean you can go from mediator to mediator until you win. Pick one and accept their result. We will do the same.

#155That's a great letter by Betcoin. They would dominate the bitcoin market in 2 years if the do the following. The following also applies to Nitrobetting because of their horses, esports lines, -107 major markets, unique lines and almost zero KYC.
1. Add Pinny
2. Do not limit anyone pregame major markets NFL, NBA, EPL etc. Exception would be steam players.
3. They have to limit or ban small markets and live betting for winners. It's too easy to beat them up.
4. Don't KYC those that only play major markets.Last edited by raiders72001; 11-11-22, 08:10 PM.Comment -
#156This case could be helpful to me if I knew somebody to send an email to. My bets are also live bets, and almost all of those are on basketball games. My bets are only much smaller with 75$ per bet. My account was suspended just after I successfully hit 5x75$ bets on a basketball friendly game ( yes, under ).

#157Betcoin agrees to third party arbitration. It costs time and money. You can't be more honest than that.Last edited by raiders72001; 11-11-22, 08:33 PM.Comment -
#158Optional - I wish that you were still doing binding arbitration, but understand the change. You are honest without prejudices. Going back in time, books agreeing to arbitration should be rated a lot higher than books that just say case closed. If you ever take offshore again, that should be the case.Comment -

#160Just wanted to post that yesterday I made a low 4 figure withdrawal. I was paid almost instantaneously. As I have said before I really like this book. I also respect a book's right to limit and protect their own interest. My frustration was not at being limited but at how quickly I was limited. I also objected to the posts here indicating that Betcoin was loosening limits and easing off their previous practices of limiting very quickly.
My personal thought is that they are a bit overly paranoid and are a bit too quick with the hook so to speak. With the live betting algorithm and juice they charge it is almost impossible to beat the live betting long term even in small markets. Unless of course you are engaging in something very egregious which should be obvious.
I also agree with Raiders that there should be no limiting on big market pre-match like NFL and NBA.Comment -

I read the Betcoin statement, and that sounds right too with few exceptions. After reading the experiments of other users, I agree that they sound like trustworthy bookmaker although I am having my problems here.
It seems that they only close accounts if they say they are 100% sure of it. In this thread you see newb101 having been accused of multi-accounting and collusion. It seems that newb101 got his money after all, so that kind of proves that there was no foul, so it is not 100%, right?
I suppose that the Betcoin team reads this thread. I have not gotten any replies to my emails when I asked live support what would be the third party they support in these cases, chat was closed. Right now I really do not know how to proceed with this, so I put it here.
I kindly ask Betcoin staff to contact me, and explain the reason why my accounts both in Betcoin and Playbetr are suspended. Multi-accounting is not possible in my case, so if this is about my bets, please tell me what bets and how they broke your rules.
If you can do this, and this is against your rules, I will post it here and apologize. I also accept that you take my winnings from both of your websites. If there is a possibility that you made an error in my case, then I have a chance to get my money back.
I also hope that after this there is a way that I can continue as your customer.
Hoping for an answer, thanks to all.

#166Decided to try the sportsbook again today. Deposited a couple hundred in bitcoin, still struggled finding the games I wanted to wager on and apparently I waited too long as they take the games off the board about 5 minutes before kickoff. I consider betcoin.ag to be too sophisticated for me. There is a plethora of events to bet on with what seems like thousands of different betting options. I’m looking for spread, total and money line. I will say support was very responsive and very helpful. I managed to make a small profit, requested $300 in BTC and it was processed in less than thirty minutes. I think part of my problem is using a tablet instead of desktop and the other issue is with the latency. It’s always been slow but it’s a real struggle when you have to reload a page and try and navigate back to place a wager. I’ll keep trying, I really want to make this my go to Sportsbook.Comment -

And to me they sound huffy. Bookmaking is a frustrating business, but there's a level of fist shaking here that is not just a turn-off but suggests they are at wit's end and have to resort to threats. If they get Pinnacle and have decent limits and can keep it together for a year without having conflicts with thousands of accounts, I'll give them a try.
One of the things I wonder about is if in an age of $50 limits people are creating ten accounts to bet a nickel on a college basketball total? I guess that could add up to thousands of accounts pretty fast. Betcoin doesn't owe us any information, but if I had a better understanding of how the accounts that are getting limited profile it would help alleviate some suspicions I have about this book.Comment -

I may have them disable the casino so I can focus on the sportsbook. I tend to get sidetracked/frustrated and head there.
do you know if and when they bring back pinnacle will it be restricted for some countries? I know they have the casino setup that way.Comment -
#173Thanks Raiders! That clears some of it up right there, they were steering me towards the betcoin sportsbook but I was having more success finding my markets in the legacy sportsbook. another problem was I was trying to bet $100 on different games and the bets wouldn’t go through. I lowered them to $50 and they went through. I can work with those limits if they payout in 30 minutes consistently.

#174I was in contact with support about the rejected bets but they wouldn’t specify a limit or if I had one. It was kind of vague”limits are based on various factors including market size, maximum market liability and player skill level. We review limits and the way they are affected by these risk factors often”
Any idea about these PBR coins? My VIP level is too low so I keep getting them in the surprise box. Apparently they’ll have value in the future. Just curious if anyone has received anything other than the pbr coins or status points.

This just doesn't pass the smell test. Thousands of payouts to fraudsters?
