I think this is a much better matchup than RDA and I would love to see Hooker win but I'm not putting any $ on it. I hope the UFC gave Hooker a huge bonus for taking this fight, the poor Kiwi doesn't even know when and if he will be able to get back to his home now.

Was under the impression that Dan and Izzy Adesanya (from the kiwi- City Kickboxing team) have both relocated to the USA. He did make a cryptic post about the return system back here in NZ on twitter a few days a go though but assume that was a jab at the government. Dan does have kids so I assume they all went over before (or met after) his last fight. If I'm wrong there's no way he left the US after his last fight so no issue there, unless the family didn't go over and he's getting home sick.

*Oh and yeah he deserves everything! Dudes a legend after what he went through last fight then to go again a month later. I tip my cap Dan! Not many in the UFC would do that.

Interesting, has Poitier really been test by a top notch BJJ guy though? Will he be able to stuff the takedowns while also having to deal with chin kicks? I mean he’s only ever beat strikers since his surge in the weight class.

Granted the only hard puncher that Charles has had to deal with in his title run is Chandler who rocked him but the recovery from Do Bronx was special.

I think it could go either way but I will always favour the ground guy in these matchups. The odds are off imo

any of you guys have sites where i can watch some past fights? fight pass doesn't show fresh fights. i think i asked this before and somebody posted some but i forgot to copy them. Sabatini fights April 16th at the apex center against some Canadian kid i never heard of. Kid looks like a fire plug. It is on the Luque (sp)card. went from ufc 273 to this shit card. bunch of us are stuck in Jacksoville the ninth cause this Gavin tucker prick dropped out. How this kid drops out and for the second time we can't get any info on why is amazing. Oh well 273 is a solid card anyway.
