Hey Guys - Made a $750 deposit last night to play live Blackjack. I run it up to $18k and make a withdrawal of $10k last night. I get an email this AM that is was cancelled because I didnt play anything on their site with my deposit and its against the rules to withdrawal without playing.

Any one run into this? Planning on using them as they do have a good reputation, but this definitely ran me the wrong way.

No response to my email yet and they did in fact cancel the withdrawal.

Yea, me as well. They said it was an error, but that is stupid. So they are hoping we make a few plays or hit the BJ tables before another one and lose? Well, I ran it up to $24k now and definitely stopping. Lucky for sure, but that just cost them $6500 more. Got to stay strong.

BOL in getting it, keep me updated on what they say. This is definitely worrisome in the fact they just did this in the first place bc I never had an issue with Bookmaker and they processed things in a fly.

As long as I get them, thats fine. This is just worrisome altogether. Odd they immediately looked at and rejected the payout. That was quick. Just cant put two and two together - say I dont use my deposit of $750 as I have a 1X rollover, but I make a withdrawal of $10k?

So tell me, how do you have $10k to withdrawal if you never bet your deposit of $750? I guess I hit a $500 to win $18k bet. Smdh. Really hope this pulls through, its sad we have come to these times in which we are being jerked around by the books who take people's money left and right.

UPDATE - they said they will be prioritizing my withdrawal at 105pm EST. Stay tuned, fingers crossed. Looking for a book I can trust with a high amount of money.

Thank you sir. Rangers look great so far. Minor has been a favorite of mine to back and Indians bats are not good this year. Rangers already have 4 extra base hits on Bieber. Should be a good bet, BP just needs to hold up 2-0. Need more cushion.

Also, I really want to think about BetOnline and the likes. I know we often hear bad stories, but when people follow the rules and dont try to scam for extra bonuses and such, I like to think you do always get paid out. These guys are huge and I hear horrible things about them all, but there is always more to the story.

When people have an honest nature in having an account, depositing, and running up some winnings (no matter the size), I always see they get paid.

Seems like you should be okay. My question is, its an online site. Do they expect you only to wager from your computer at home? The great thing is you can wager from anywhere in the world on your phone, so I really dont get this. Does their Terms and Conditions state you can only bet from your household? If so, why even have a mobile betting option?

You could be at a friend's house making a wager. There has to be more behind it than just that because what theyre saying just doesnt sound true. I bet 90% of the time when Im not even home.

UPDATE - Second request is now under review as of 930pm EST. They said there is a huge backlog and that 24 hours might not be possible due to the volume of payout requests at this time. Still assure me it will go through this time, so hoping for the best. Apparently it also takes up to 48 hours to receive payment when payout has moved to the "Approved/Processed" status.

I will say Bookmaker is A+++ compared to this so far. I'd get my payouts in the matter of 3 hours everyday, pure consistency. Maybe BetOnline is just a little slow because of the $750 deposit and run up on blackjack, but by god we all know how much they rake in daily from this.

Still hopeful and no bad signs so far outside of the initial payout being rejected because "I didnt play with my $750 deposit" even though I clearly did because I made a withdrawal of the max daily limit, $10k.

Thanks for the response! Odd thing is I've never done a bonus in my life because it's not worth the risk having to satisfy a rollover. And without that, betting $750 to $25k has to have me bet my deposit many many times. Thats why I find it odd they said "I didn't play with my deposit and it's against the rules to withdrawal without playing at all." They literally thought I didn't play 1 penny.

Hope you're right. Been super accommodating. Still "Under Review" as we speak, so going on 24 hours now in 16 minutes.

UPDATE - Interesting BOL has now told me the "24 hours or less" payout window stated on their website only means when its approved. So, it can take days-weeks to review, but once accepted it takes 24 hours or less to hit your wallet. Thats an interesting workaround as youd expect them to not say same-day payouts and mean only after their review process which can take however long they want. Tick tock, tick tock. Lot of conflicting info being sent my way. Bookmaker is looking a bit better now in my eyes. $10k withdrawals took 5 hours max, same day.

Yea, I think I might move back to Bookmaker. This is the only book I know of now that doesn't process BTC in the same day. Bookmaker never took more than 6 hours for me on multiple 5 figure payouts. They definitely take their time. Hoping they just want us to lose it because your payout stays in your available account balance for 3+ days just wanting you to lose it or cancel it after some bad beats with what you've kept it.

Has yours been "Under Review" for 5 days? Mine ticked to that status at 930pm EST last night.

flabrah, bookmaker a far better option IMO...BOL will pay but customer service is awful, takes awhile to get paid, massive issue with hacked accounts, they don't automatically reset rollover calculator and bonuses get stacked unless you contact them...not worth the headaches for me personally.

I'm hopeful this works out, I spoke to a guy and he was super apologetic about it all. he mentioned something about me placing some bets when I was traveling for work in Florida. Looks like they do have issues with different locations on the IP address, but it should not be this big of a problem giving people wager outside of their home and on the road. It's the beauty of having an online book.

Do you all think it makes a difference on the amount in my balance? I am very hot on baseball right now and have run the balance up to 57k. Wondering if I should stop or continue to play the games I like. I would expect they would want me to continue to play so they know I'm not doing a hit and run but I don't think it should matter either way when you win fair and square.

Any advice or input on winning more would be greatly appreciated. Just unfortunate I have to wait until next Thursday to hear anything.

BetOnline spent 2 hours on the phone with me today. I give these guys 5 stars. My IP address had to be verified, and the gentleman (Tristan) spent that much time with me to submit the new withdrawals, told me to make 3 on Bitcoin, Euthereum, and Litecoin and hed approve them immediately. He did just that and now they have $30k on the way.

BOL to all and I definitely suggest BetOnline to anyone out there. Once you get through the stuff it is super quick and its nice to be able to have a resource spend that much time on the phone to do this, let alone offer to stay on the phone and get it done within minutes on a Saturday.

BTW - I am on a heater and if it interests you, Cubs ML -131 today is my play of the month. Quintana is 2.9 ERA at home. Wheeler has a 6.8 ERA during the day and 5.5+ on the road. Wheeler is 1-1 with a 5.14 ERA in four career starts against the Cubs. Quintana is 2-1 with a 1.35 ERA in three starts against the Mets.

Betonline Seized my $10,000

So I deposited crypto and played with Betonline thinking they're reliable. I played in their casino and got my balance up to $10k then I couldn't log in this morning. I called an employee in the security department told me my account was suspended. He claims I violated the terms and conditions. So I made a legitimate deposit with bitcoin and played and won fair and square the money in my account. I don't know what they're talking about with my device and other accounts I only have one account with them. If they want to close my account fine but just return my $10,000. I'm communicating with an attorney in Panama right now about filing a civil action, she was saying something about the availability of punitive damages under Panama law.
