I completed required roll over, right? Had $100 in my account so the balance immediately went down to $50, the max cashout. When Tiffany on live chat told me I was only half way to required roll over due to the fact that I was playing black jack, I asked her if she could at least fix my balance, since it went down to $50 from $100 because the system had it as though I completed the roll over. She told me she couldn't and just said system "reverts balance". How stupid is that. I would never make a deposit at this place if I were u because obviously they are misleading and probably dishonest and full of shit. Yes, when I called the number she gave me I was finally able to talk to someone who knew what I was saying. He fixed my account too. However, to say that there's nothing wrong with the casino is stupid because there automated bonus roll over system is screwed up. Check bounced back
Hi,
I have experince in several casino and i never had a bad experince like this.. I made withdrawal request on November 2 nd and i got the check on Jan 3rd and after depsoiting the check it was bounced back ... Check is fake ... I called them and i explained the scenerio and i told i required that money immedtly for my sheduled payment because of which my account went to negative.. This really very bad .... I strongly recommend not to use this casino... Very very bad
