Who has the best live dealer blackjack?

I've played at 5dimes, sportbet, islandcasino, etc, . Not bad, but poor penetration (they place the cut card just past halfway) and the system is flaky and the deals sometimes get cancelled by errors. Decent pace game though.

I've seen BetPhoenix and Skybook. Decent penetration (About 70 to 75%), but it is WAY SLOW. A whole shoe (70 to 75%) takes almost 90 minutes. They also don't offer surrender even though it says in the rules they do.

Any other online places that offer live dealer blackjack that you like and are USA customer friendly?

I would also be interested in those. I fear there are not much more choice for you as a US player. MAybe Bodog had a live casino, but it seems the US law enforcements closed that site.
