College Champ Future Hedge Advice Or Not To Hedge?
    HELP:

I have lucked out where both of my pre season college champ futures are playing Monday night.

I took Notre Dame 33/1 to win around 5K

I also have Ohio State at 5/1 to win $500

I took some Ohio state prior to texas game to win national champ at -120 $600 to win $500.

So as it stands, if Ohio state wins I'll win 1K (losing my $140ish on notre dame)

OR if notre dame wins, ill lose $700 but take home $4.4k.

This isn't life changing $$ but trying to figure out if it's worth hedging at all on ohio state ML or maybe look to play it live if they go down?

    Thoughts?

I guess if you dont think ND are any chance you can put another 4400 on Ohio to win an extra $1200, or break even.

    DO you still like ND?

I do feel like ND is better coached and has better defense, but they are dealing with ton of injuries. Still also working to get what the OL issues are.

I am honestly more 50/50 ND wins. I'd prefer to have the best opportunity to just enjoy the game and win as close to the same no matter the outcome

Because this is unique, ask yourself what you feel you are satisfied with no matter the outcome.

Like X if one team wins or Y if the other team does. Unless you have a big opinion on the game and would wager the difference in payouts anyway, you have already won to a certain extent.

The important thing IMO is that when the game is over, you should feel good about your position either way.

Gambling is as much about how your confidence in the decisions you make as it is the bottom line because mentally, no amount of money can correct your actions.

Feel good about it, and as long as you are satisfied going in, don't look back later and regret anything.
Watching a game already satisfied either way with whatever amount difference there is, is an incredibly accomplished feeling that are very positive moving forward.

Try it, I have little doubt you will not enjoy every snap.

        GL sir.

I like str's Notes. Sounds like you are in a very good 2-way position. That RARELY happens in gaming.

People normally hedge too often. It's really about +EV on your NEXT play.

Some guys hedge back on any Coll Bask 2h when they're crushing @halftime. Any +EV reason to do that?

Basic rule on Hedging is that it should be in play mostly if it's life-changing $$. I mean Five figures, at Min. Sounds like you're in good shape, it's really about who you value in the game.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?
