I'm not sure if anyone else has had any issues with them...today I got fukked out of $400.00. I wont be dealing with them anymore after this weekend. I do deal with other books aswell and have never had a problem with any of them. Those guys are crooks at Bodog!

I've never had a problem with them or being paid out quickly. My biggest issue is that they don't offer lines on a lot of games and put up lines very late. I had one issue with a fudged bet, I called and they fixed it immediately. Hope they resolve your issue.Comment -

This is the second time this has actually happened with them. It was on the Michigan game today, I had Michigan -3.5 along with 3 other bets. I split my 4 bets with them. I was never credited on the Michigan bet after looking into it so I called their customer service and they are giving me the big run around.Comment -
Their poker software sucks.
I just played for games. Was way ahead when all the chips went into the pot and somehow the other guys sucked out on the river.
I flopped trips in three of the games. We both went all in after the flop and someone I still lost. two outters hit three times on the river to give the other morons a straight after they called pre-flop with hands like 10 6 and then shoved all in after the flop when I had trips. Stupid. I'm about done playing there.
Ace king always lose to ace 7 ect. If I have aces people go all in over the top with 4s and trip up on river. It's ridiculous. I'm up about 3k there but should be up a lot more. Random numbers my ass.Comment -
I play at Bodog and they do absolutely suck. All of their customer support agents are freaking turban sporting morons who barely speak english and to understand their reponse emails you would need a decipher code. They dick you around on literally EVERYTHING, and yes as someone already said they offer probably the least amount of lines out of all the online books or post them minutes before the game as they do with almost all of the moneylines. The bonuses and promotions they offer often are a joke. All together forgetting their brand name, Bodog really does suck as much as their customer service reps in Bangladesh's english.Comment -
Don't find it hard to agree that they wouldn't correct a settled wager. They do it all the time they put it off as long as possible sometimes until you email them continuously reminding them that you actually won the wager. And forget prop betting with them they screw you on any prop bets that can be perceived as going either way. For instance they boned me big time on a prop for a "yes" to a score in the first 7:30 of an nfl game and a field goal was snapped at 7:36 and most definitely went through the uprights before 7:30 but they refused and I had to fight just to get my wager settled as a no action. Because honestly I'm too lazy to deal with the hundred forms you have to fax for cc verification and all that bs they put you through but in the long run it probably defintely is worth it because Bodog really does suck big time. I would also like to add that one of their reps called me and said if I deposited at minimum $20, they would credit $10 to my account for every 25 poker points earned.
I earned like 125 poker points yesterday so I was expecting $50 in my account today. Of course I get nothing. They have credited $10 each of the past two days but when I actually earned quite a few points they didn't credit anything.
I called, they put me on hold, then the lady said my account would be credited within 24 hours. I then asked for how much. She said $10. I was like, "Ummmm no, I kept track of my points and I earned 125!". I told her what I was offered, she put me on hold again, then came back and said my account would be credited within. 24 hours. We'll see.
Last time I had some bonus offer like this, they did fine crediting me the first 3 days, then they just stopped. I literally had to keep calling them to get them to credit my account.
In addition, my last check for $750 bounced from them. They gave me the run around for a while, then they said they sent me another one that I'm still waiting on.
I was all about Bodog but after I started winning, things got really fishy. Maybe it was just a coincidence. We'll see.Comment -

Not even being bigoted but a big factor I think really is dealing with them when you have a problem is they don't have the slighest clue as to what your talking about. Been betting with bodog for a few years and have never had one problem, customer service has always been solid too(ex: wanting to raise my max bet on a game).

Their poker software is awful. Before I say this I would like to say I will never be one of those guys that says online poker is rigged, but the bodog software really confuses me. On pokerstars in about 6 months of playing I only saw quads like twice. On bodog I see quads all the time. Again not saying their software is rigged or anything it just seems the RNG is pretty bad on it, not sure whatever though. Going on topic their betting side of things is nice, I really like it.Comment -
All I know is if I got fcuked out of money one time, I most certainly would not go back to them, Yes, you have to send in your new CC information, but at least you are getting paid, and the time you spend arguing with them is probably more time consuming than going to say Heritage, and sending them the CC info.Comment -
I will say this, they have always paid me even if it took a while. That's why I still play there.
As for Poker, quads is an everyday thing there is usually happens when I have like pocket queens.
Board will come like 88873. Other guy goes all in. He will have Luke king 8. I've started putting people on quads.

I've never had any problems with them. Requested a payout and the check went through. Like somebody said, the only problem I have is putting the lines up so late. If I got screwed, I definitely wouldn't return though.Comment
