    Fanatics suspended my account
    I have roughly $4000 in there they suspended my account on Thursday supposedly for my own benefit I sent in all the documents they asked it’s now Monday. I’ve already sent 10 emails and I have not heard back from them can somebody help me

    If they asked you for source of wealth or source of funds info it can often take a few days to a week to be processed.

    If for your own benefit they mean that that are assessing you under responsible gambling guidelines, it's best to just wait and not contact them until they contact you.

    It won't take 28 days, but that is commonly how long they are allowed to make an assessment under state licenses. So there is nothing a regulator will do until that time has passed or until they have informed you of a decision anyway.

      no none of that apply. They’re just looking for my identification. They asked for my Venmo page and a copy of some of the ************ I’ve used and my drivers license and I sent all of that and I haven’t heard back from them.

          As above, my advice is to hold off contacting them until a decision is made on your account. There is not much you can say or do to hurry them up or influence a KYC decision at this point, but you can easily make the situation worse by saying the wrong thing.

          And there is no use me contacting them yet either. They know that I know what the procedure is.

          As soon as you have an answer I can certainly help directly if it's negative and we need to appeal.
