How long was your account inactive?
Do Fanduel say that they tried to contact you about it before handing your money over to the state?
Or is this about something else? If so, what is the exact reason they gave for the action?.Comment -
#5Yes we can help.
How long was your account inactive?
It was inactive for around 4-5 months.

No I didn’t receive any emails stating that.

#6That doesn't sound like it is for inactivity.
Where did you get the impression it was taken for that?
18.6 Account Inactivity Fee
If your FanDuel account has no activity for twenty-four (24) months, it will be considered inactive. FanDuel will assess fee of $2.99 per month on all inactive accounts until the account is reactivated by logging in to your account, entering a contest, making a deposit, or withdrawing funds. FanDuel will provide all users subject to an inactivity fee with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to deducting any fees.
If your account remains inactive for the amount of time specified by applicable state law, usually between thirty-six (36) and sixty (60) months, it will be considered abandoned. Once an account is abandoned, FanDuel is required by state law to remit the abandoned funds to the appropriate state agency as unclaimed property. FanDuel may also charge additional fees associated with the delivery of abandoned funds to the applicable state agency..Comment -
#7I can show you the emails they sent me. Are you able to help me recover these funds?

#26LOL at FD support! My buddy said he was drunk on chat and they banned him after 4 years of gambling with them he was VIP. They may have the worst support in history. My friend was 100% right what he told them also and they called him a problem gambler and he's banned. It's actually hilarious what they did. they paid him out check only and it took them almost 45 days. They need to fix there support. Stop hiring ppl that have no clue about gambling.Last edited by 2Sweeet; 10-01-24, 09:46 PM.Comment -
