CAR - QB Cam Newton to IR

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton (foot) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 5, which will end his season.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Newton's Lisfranc injury was not getting better as the season wore on. He met with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson last week and didn't receive good news on his recovery. Kyle Allen continues as the starter for the team, and we may have seen the last of Newton in Carolina. He's owed a non-guaranteed $19.1 million in 2020.

JAX - QB Nick Foles to start

    Source: Jaguars.com

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Nick Foles (collarbone) will return as the starter after the Week 10 bye.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Foles is healthy and ready to go against a huge divisional game in Week 11 against the Colts. He's got a big contract and it was only a matter of time, regardless of the hype around Gardner Minshew. The Jaguars are in win-now mode as they try to make a playoff push.

PHI - WR DeSean Jackson to IR

    Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates

Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson (abdomen) was officially placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jackson's season is over and it's disappointing as he barely saw the field in 2019. Under contract through the 2020 season, the Eagles could really use his deep speed on offense next year.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen likely out Week 10

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) is unlikely to play against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thielen aggravated his hamstring injury in Week 9 and will already be declared out (according to this report) for Week 10. The team needs to be cautious with their star receiver, especially with a Week 12 bye coming up.

IND - QB Jacoby Brissett optimistic about Week 10

Source: The Herald Bulletin - George Bremer

Indianapolis Colts QB Jacoby Brissett (knee) said his knee is feeling better, and he remains optimistic about his chances to play against the Miami Dolphins in Week 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's the Dolphins, so the Colts don't need to rush Brissett out there. They could easily win against Miami if Brian Hoyer was in at quarterback. We'll know more about Brissett's availability later in the week.

PIT - RB James Conner improving

Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - Gerry Dulac

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) is expected to 'perk up' as the week goes on, according to head coach Mike Tomlin, and Tomlin said he is 'optimistic' that Conner will play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner missed Week 9 but he is on the right track. We'll know more about his status on Friday. We might see more from Jaylen Samuels and Trey Edmunds again in Week 10.

JAX - WR Dede Westbrook eyeing Week 11

Source: 1010XL AM - Hays Carlyon

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Dede Westbrook (neck, shoulder) is expected to return to practice following the Week 10 bye, according to head coach Doug Marrone.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll see what Westbrook can do next week in practice. We will then see what he can do with Nick Foles at quarterback as he is going to be back for the team in Week 11.

MIA - TE Mike Gesicki turning it on

Source: Palm Beach Post - Joe Schad

Miami Dolphins TE Mike Gesicki has impressed the coaching staff with an improved work ethic in practice, and he has been volunteering for reps with the scout team for additional work.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Gesicki is there to help Fantasy GMs as his role is growing with the team. He's huge and can outmuscle smaller defenders. Consider him a streaming option or TE2 going forward.

OAK - RB Josh Jacobs a full go

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Josh Alper

Oakland Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (shoulder) was a full participant in practice Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

A good sign for the rookie here. The Raiders are at home to take on the Chargers this Thursday night.

MIA - WR Preston Williams placed on IR

Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson

Miami Dolphins WR Preston Williams (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Sad to see the undrafted rookie see his season end this way. He should be back in time for the start of the 2020 regular season.

SF - TE George Kittle sits out practice

Source: San Francisco Chronicle - Eric Branch

San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle (knee, ankle) was not participating in practice Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The 49ers play on Monday night in Week 10 against the Seahawks. We've got to see what Kittle should do later in the week, specifically on Saturday.

PHI - WR Jordan Matthews visiting Philly

    Source: PhillyVoice.com - Jimmy Kempski

Free-agent WR Jordan Matthews (49ers) is visiting the Philadelphia Eagles for a physical Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

With DeSean Jackson injured, the team needs to find more help at the wide receiver position. Matthews is a seasoned veteran who has plenty of experience with the Eagles in most of his career.

HOU - WR Will Fuller making progress

Source: Houston Chronicle - Aaron Wilson

Houston Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring) is making progress, head coach Bill O'Brien said Tuesday, Nov. 5, but O'Brien said he is still unsure if Fuller return after the Week 10 bye.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fuller might be out there on your waiver wire if somebody was frustrated by his injury and let him go. His return would give another big-play weapon for QB Deshaun Watson.

PIT - RB Benny Snell out for Week 10

    Source: Steelers.com - Missi Matthews

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Benny Snell (knee) won't play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Snell hasn't played since Week 8 due to this knee injury. Jaylen Samuels and Trey Edmunds got most of the work in Week 9 against the Colts. Mike Tomlin is optimistic that James Conner will be back in Week 10. Watch the practice status for the Steelers backfield during the week.

CLE - TE David Njoku making progress

Source: Akron Beacon Journal - Marla Ridenour

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (wrist) had his cast removed from his broken wrist, and he still hopes to return this season.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Week 12 against the Dolphins is the earliest that Njoku could return for the Browns. He should be one of the 'designated to return' players for the Browns.

NYG - TE Evan Engram has sore foot

    Source: ESPNNewYork.com - Jordan Raanan

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) came out of Week 9 with a sore foot that the team will monitor this week, according to head coach Pat Shurmur.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Watch Engram's progress as the week of practice goes on. Rhett Ellison would get more playing time if Engram can't play.

NYJ - Le'Veon Bell is OK

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Updating previous reports, New York Jets RB Le'Veon Bell (knee) is not dealing with a serious injury.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Good news for the Jets here...and for Fantasy GMs who took a chance on Bell this year. Bell had an MRI on Monday and the results were quite positive. He's getting a sizable workload but Bell has only performed like a low-end RB2 each week. We'll see if more production comes along with further playing time.

Philly sent me a message. He’s very excited that Jordan Matthews is coming back to the organization.

No one is as good as him at dropping passes.

I hope Brissett plays this weekend. I took the Colts in a couple of Survivor pools, I guess is should have waited as I don't have much faith in Hoyer.

              Thursday Update

ARI - RB David Johnson commits to Week 10

              Source: AZCardinals.com - Mike Jurecki

Arizona Cardinals RB David Johnson (ankle) committed to playing in Week 10 on Wednesday, Nov. 6, saying 'I'm definitely playing... I'm 100%'

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Johnson is poised to return in Week 10, and the expectation is that he'll be on the field with Kenyan Drake a lot, including snaps at receiver. He should be back in your lineup, especially in PPR leagues.

WAS - QB Dwayne Haskins expected to keep starting job

Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo

Washington Redskins QB Dwayne Haskins is expected to be the starting quarterback for the team's Week 11 game, according to sources.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The team is going forward with Haskins as the starter, which at least will give the next head coach some more pro film to evaluate his strengths and weakness and craft a scheme and surroundings to suit him. It won't be great for his college teammate Terry McLaurin despite their experience together, because Haskins hasn't proven to be as effective a passer in the NFL (yet) as Case Keenum.

WAS - RB Derrius Guice added to active roster

              Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates

Washington Redskins RB Derrius Guice (knee) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Guice will split with Adrian Peterson in a running game that has full commitment from the coaches, but lacks a surrounding team good enough for it to support even one consistent fantasy running back, let alone two.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen misses practice

              Source: Vikings.com

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thielen is a long shot for this week, and since Week 12 is a bye, Week 11 is questionable at best. Laquon Treadwell and Olabisi Johnson would get more work in place of Thielen.

KC - Full practice for QB Patrick Mahomes

              Source: Chiefs.com

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's looking like Mahomes is going to be back in action this week. Adjust the expectations for the skill position players around him accordingly.

              CIN - WR A.J. Green day-to-day

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (ankle) did not feel right after the team's walkthrough and sat out practice Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to head coach Zac Taylor.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Green received treatment during practice and is considered day-to-day. We'll see if that means he's going to practice later in the week and play for the first time this year in Week 10. With rookie Ryan Finley starting at QB, it would greatly help the offense if Green was out there.

IND - QB Jacoby Brissett limited

              Source: ESPN.com - Mike Wells

Indianapolis Colts QB Jacoby Brissett (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Colts play the Dolphins in Week 10, and let's be real; the team doesn't need Brissett to beat them. They could roll with Brian Hoyer and be more than fine. Head coach Frank Reich said that it's not a slam dunk that Brissett is able to play this weekend.

IND - WR T.Y. Hilton out of practice

Source: The Herald Bulletin - George Bremer

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) is out of practice Wednesday, Nov. 6, and he's unlikely to play in Week 10. However, head coach Frank Reich said they didn't want to count him out until they absolutely had to.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Prepare to see more Zach Pascal and Chester Rogers with Hilton (and Parris Campbell) likely out. Expect to see Hilton get more rest in Week 10, especially since they're facing the hapless Dolphins.

NYG - TE Evan Engram has mid-foot sprain

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Updating an earlier report, New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) has a mid-foot sprain, and he's in a boot, according to head coach Pat Shurmur.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This sounds like a Lisfranc injury because of the location. Engram is considered week-to-week with this injury. Rhett Ellison will be the primary tight end with Engram missing time.

NYG - WR Sterling Shepard could be shut down

              Source: SNY - Ralph Vacchiano

New York Giants WR Sterling Shepard (concussion) could be placed on the Reserve/Injured list, in the opinion of SNY's Ralph Vacchiano, who writes
it sounds like a possibility based on head coach Pat Shurmur calling Shepard's concussion a 'serious injury.'

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Shepard has been concussed twice this year. Those are brain bruises (essentially) and need to be treated with great care. The Giants could shut him down for the rest of the season.

LAR - RB Malcolm Brown listed as limited

              Source: ESPN.com - Lindsey Thiry

Los Angeles Rams RB Malcolm Brown (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brown could return this weekend and would probably relegate Darrell Henderson to #3 running back status. Either way, Todd Gurley is the only fantasy relevant running back on this roster without an injury to Gurley.

PIT - RB James Conner listed as limited

              Source: Steelers.com

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner could return this weekend, but the early reports last week were pessimistic about his Week 10 availability. If he can get in a full practice, that should resolve it, and he's on track to at least be a game time decision.

GB - Limited practice for WR Davante Adams

              Source: Packers.com

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (toe) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adams isn't 100% yet but he's healthy enough to be fantasy relevant. Hopefully he'll get in a full practice by Friday, but either way he'll be in fantasy lineups against Carolina.

DAL - WR Amari Cooper limited

Source: 105.3 The Fan - Mike Fisher

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper (ankle, knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cooper is nursing a new knee but it didn't seem to affect him on Monday night. We'll watch this closely, but unless it seems like it is going to limit his playing or effectiveness, we'll ignore it when we are setting lineups.

NO - RB Alvin Kamara listed as limited

              Source: NewOrleansSaints.com

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kamara is expected to return to the lineup this week for the Saints. Double check his status on Friday to make sure that's the case.

NYJ - WR Jamison Crowder takes part in practice

              Source: NewYorkJets.com

New York Jets WR Jamison Crowder (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Consider Crowder the best Jets receiver to take a chance on in what should be a good matchup against the Giants. He was featured in the scripted drive that was the high point of the Week 9 loss to Miami.

ARI - RB Chase Edmonds remains sidelined

              Source: ESPN.com - Jenna Laine

Arizona Cardinals RB Chase Edmonds (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Edmonds is droppable in typical leagues with the emergence of Kenyan Drake. He could still matter by the end of the season if the Cardinals suffer more injuries at running back after he is over his hamstring issue.

TB - TE Cameron Brate practices in full

              Source: ESPN.com - Jenna Laine

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate (ribs) practiced in full Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brate should take a backseat to OJ Howard and he's not roster worthy despite the excellent matchup with Arizona. He was a dud during Howard's absence.

TB - TE O.J. Howard practices in full

              Source: ESPN.com - Jenna Laine

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard (hamstring) practiced in full Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

If you dare, Howard is a good play on paper this week against a Cardinals defense that has been consistently poor against tight ends this year.

NYJ - TE Chris Herndon listed as limited

              Source: NewYorkJets.com

New York Jets TE Chris Herndon (hamstring) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Herndon will at best split with Ryan Griffin in his return, if his return is this week. The matchup is excellent against the Giants, but he is a risky play.

TEN - TE Delanie Walker still out of practice

              Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt

Tennessee Titans TE Delanie Walker (ankle) remained out of practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Titans are more than fine if Walker has to miss another game. Jonnu Smith has done a great job filling in.

CAR - RB Christian McCaffrey misses practice

              Source: Panthers.com

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

McCaffrey is just getting a bit of rest here. It's wise for the Panthers, especially based on his incredible workload.

CHI - TE Trey Burton not fully healthy

              Source: ESPN.com - Jeff Dickerson

Chicago Bears TE Trey Burton (groin) is still not fully recovered from the groin injury he has been dealing with for months, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We could tell something wasn't quite right about Burton just by watching him. In seven games so far this year, Burton only has 14 catches for 84 yards. Fantasy GMs have moved on a long time ago....and the Bears may move on from him next offseason. Burton is due $8.55 million with $7.5 million in dead cap.

Free-agent WR Jordan Matthews (49ers) signed an undisclosed deal with the Philadelphia Eagles Wednesday, Nov. 6.

              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Matthews is back with the team that most remember him with. Without DeSean Jackson for the rest of the regular season, the Eagles needed help at the wide receiver position. Matthews gives Carson Wentz another target and veteran depth when the team uses 3-WR sets.

NYJ - Le'Veon Bell sits out

Source: New York Daily News - Manish Mehta

New York Jets RB Le'Veon Bell (knee) is out of practice Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Bell is reportedly not dealing with a serious injury, but the Jets are going to be careful with him in practice. There's no need for him to practice on a Wednesday when he's banged up.

PIT - RB James Conner expected to miss Week 10

Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - Gerry Dulac

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) is not expected to play in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams.

                    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

That means it's time for Jaylen Samuels again. We know QB Mason Rudolph is going to check down to Samuels all day, but perhaps the team uses him as a runner more. That also means the Steelers should use Trey Edmunds in a RBBC with Samuels.

CIN - WR A.J. Green says Week 10 unlikely

Source: The Athletic - Paul Dehner Jr.

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (ankle) said Thursday, Nov. 7, he is still dealing with swelling in his ankle that was injured in the preseason, and added he 'probably (won't)' play Sunday, Nov. 10, in Week 10.

                    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Alright, Fantasy GMs can make other plans if they were excited about getting Green back this week. The Bengals roll forward with Tyler Boyd as their top receiver like he's been all year long. It will be interesting to see how rookie QB Ryan Finley performs in his first ever start on Sunday.

SF - TE George Kittle in question for Week 10?

Source: The Athletic - Matt Barrows

San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle (knee, ankle) will not practice Thursday, Nov. 7, and head coach Kyle Shanahan said the team won't know his status until the end of the week.

                    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kittle's status is genuinely up in the air for Monday night. You could carry Ross Dwelley (his backup) or Seattle's Jacob Hollister into the matchup to have a hedge if Kittle is inactive. His upside is worth it.

McCaffrey is getting a bit of rest here. He didn't practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday and we imagine that he'll be a full participant on Friday. Check back to see if that's the case.

They keep insisting Thielen's hamstring injury is not serious. However, he should miss more time due to this injury. Stefon Diggs and Bisi Johnson will get more work in Week 10 with Thielen likely out.

Great news for Fantasy GMs here. Kamara has missed a couple of games due to this injury, but he's back as a RB1 against the Falcons on Sunday. Expect to see Latavius Murray maintain a RB3/flex value even though Kamara is back in action.

Mahomes is likely to start vs. Tennessee, which should bring the Chiefs passing game back into the elite when we consider lineup choices. The Titans also just lost Malcolm Butler to help the Chiefs chances of big plays in this one.

Gallup has some hidden upside this week if Amari Cooper's injury is worse than the team is letting on or if Cooper aggravates it during the game.

New York Jets RB Le'Veon Bell (knee) will be limited in practice Thursday, Nov. 7, according to head coach Adam Gase.

Bell did not practice on Wednesday and he was limited on Thursday. Gase said the team wanted to see how he progressed after that. The Jets did promote Josh Adams from their practice squad recently, but that was reportedly due to prevent him from going to another team. Bell has RB2 upside based on his workload against the Giants on Sunday...if he plays. Check back on Friday to see if he can practice fully.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams due to a shoulder injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Conner being ruled out on Friday isn't a great sign for his availability on Thursday against the Browns. Jaylen Samuels could get a third straight start after starting against the Rams this weekend.

Kittle is a game-time decision at best and if he doesn't practice tomorrow, perhaps the team will spare us and have him listed as doubtful or out so we can use a Sunday option instead of waiting until Monday night to know his status. It should be a return to the Kamara/Ingram split with Latavius Murray playing so well in recent weeks while Kamara was out. Kamara's ceiling comes down a little bit, but his likelihood of re-injury does too, while Murray is a solid flex and bye RB2 play this week in a great matchup

PIT - WR JuJu Smith-Schuster questionable

                              Source: Steelers.com - Teresa Varley

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (foot) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

                              [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith-Schuster will see a lot of Jalen Ramsey this week and Mason Rudolph won't have a lot of time to throw downfield against the Rams pass rush. It's reasonable to bench Juju this week, especially now that he might have tweaked an injury from earlier this season.

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

Beckham will face Tre'Davious White, but there is also some buzz that the team will try to establish him as the cornerstone of the passing offense this week.

Miami Dolphins WR Albert Wilson (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.

Wilson could be relied on more with Preston Williams done for the season, but he is still not worth a pickup outside of the deepest fantasy leagues. Allen Hurns will start outside in Williams place with Wilson in the slot and Jakeem Grant mixed in.

Cooper is expected to play Sunday night and should be in lineups. These nicks and bumps and piling up and could accumulate to cause Cooper to miss time before the end of the year, but it won't be this weekend unless he suffers an unexpected setback.

Yuck, I would never join a league that did not have weekly pick-ups. One of my biggest joys in fantasy is working the waiver wire, I would be rather bored if did not have the ability to make weekly moves.

Fortunately, it's a 1:00 PM ET kickoff so we should have plenty of good info in the morning. Just keep an eye on Stafford's game status if you're planning on playing him. If he plays, Stafford should perform like a low-end QB1 for Fantasy GMs in Week 10.

San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle (knee) is already considered doubtful to play Monday, Nov. 11, but head coach Kyle Shanahan offered further insight Saturday, Nov. 9. 'If it was any other player I would probably say he's out,' Shanahan said. 'If it goes like this he will be out. George isn't a guy who needs to be out at practice. We know he's doing everything he can and we'll see how he feels on Monday but things would have to change.'

Kittle has to be consdered week-to-week with this injury. The 49ers will roll with guys like Levine Toilolo and Ross Dwelley. Fantasy GMs have to look elsewhere for tight end help in Week 10.

SEA - Good chance WR Josh Gordon plays Week 10

Seattle Seahawks WR Josh Gordon (ankle) 'did really well' in practice this week and has a 'good chance' of playing Monday, Nov. 11, according to head coach Pete Carroll Saturday, Nov. 9.

Carroll is taking a 'wait and see' approach with Gordon. Fantasy GMs need to proceed with caution here. The upside with Gordon is always there. In most cases, we'd rather see his fit and role before trusting him as anything more than a 'what the heck' flex.

Bell's workload alone makes him a potential RB1 for Fantasy GMs in Week 10. He's not quite what he used to be, but Bell is going to see a lot of action on Sunday.

It's going to be interesting to see the Seahawks passing game against the 49ers on Monday night. We like Lockett as a low-end WR1 in Week 10.

The Bears released Mike Davis and activating 'The Wrecking Nall' makes Bears fans happy because he's been a preseason favorite for a couple of years. Nall is a power back who could get a few carries here and there behind David Montgomery.

New York Giants QB Daniel Jones has been under pressure on 43.7 percent of his dropbacks this season -- the most among quarterbacks with at least 150 dropbacks.

Jones has been handling the pressure well considering he's a rookie. He's also been missing key weapons in the passing game on a weekly basis. Now that the Giants have their quarterback of the future, they need to work diligently to find him better protection.

It's the best move for the Colts. They're playing a hapless Dolphins team and can get the win with Hoyer under center. We should see Brissett back as the starter in Week 11 against the Jaguars.

The earliest he could be back is Week 13. The Panthers weren't getting much from Hogan before this injury, but we'll see if they choose to make him a 'designated to return' player from IR.

The Bears signed Davis to a two-year, $6 million deal this offseason but he didn't get much of a role. He played 41 snaps in Week 1 but only 72 snaps overall for the season as Davis was barely getting on the field as of late. Some team will take a chance on the veteran back as a reserve player.

The Bears forgot to run earlier in the season, but they've featured plenty of Montgomery in recent weeks. That's a good thing for the talented rookie...and it's good for their offense as they can't rely on QB Mitchell Trubisky to do much of anything.
