SBR MP Invitational Year 3 - Fantasy Football League - 2000 betpoint Buy In

Welcome Back to Season 3 of the SBR MP Invitational.

Buy in will be 2000 betpoints with the following payout structure

1st: 12,000
2nd: 6,000
3rd: 3,500

Team with most points for the regular season (14 games): 1000

Weekly payout to high point team: 100 points for weeks 1-10, 200 points for weeks 11-14

* if you add up points, you will see I'm adding 300 of my own points to cover pay-out structure.


As for rules, most everything will follow the structure that LT Profits uses for the current SBR leagues. Although we do have a 2nd flex postition. Will be a Snake Draft.

I have sent out invites to all members from last year. I'm giving them until 8/15 to confirm. At that time, I will open up to new players. Although, I'm willing to start a waiting list if you are interested.

Note: Although draft date in the system is something like 9/5....that's just a placeholder for the time being.

If you don’t bid at least $1 for a player….you will still need to wake up in the middle of the night.

I play in 1 ESPN league where we have till 12 noon to submit claims. Is that a option here? Getting up in the middle of the night about killed my old a** last year.

It's been years since I did FAB. So, after they process that days claims, can we pick up players not taken for free right away or do we bid again and they would process those the next night? If it's the latter, we wouldn't have issues with middle of the night stealing.

Good question….I know on ESPN you can set it to either way. Not sure about yahoo as I’ve never done FAAB on their site.

When I get a chance I’ll try looking at their main rule section for an answer.

Other than some additional IR roster spots, there are no other “insurance” offers.

Last year we did offer for teams to designate a replacement player if they had a player “at risk”. But that was it.

Interested in hearing what other insurance offers are out there.

Yep…definitely not a big Duran Duran fan but these guys were pretty good. They definitely but in the effort to be good. Had back up singers and a video presentation as well. Most importantly, the wife and her friends had a great time. Us men drank and talked football so I did get a little studying in.
