How do I calculate projected Team Totals when I have the Hcp/Totals Lines?

Let's say I have a game between the Trailblazers and the Wizards.
The Total was 212.5 and the Handicap Line is +5 for the Blazers. How do I come up with a reasonable line for the Team Totals depending on that?
I have a formula which creates 103.75 for the Blazers and 108.75 for the Wizards, but that is not offered by any bookie. Any suggestions?

You can do total - spread / 2 and you have the TT of the underdog:
Example:
Patriots broncos: total 44 - spread 3 /2 = 20.5 witch is the team total offered for the broncos at that time (bet365 odd for the example).
