Just wondering if anyone has had success using Gematria to pick sports winners?
I figure somebody on this forum knows something why not ask...
To what advantage are you thinking here?
I can understand trying to take expressed stats, say common boxscore stats, and then trying to represent them on a different scale, or normalizing them, but I'm not sure of the benefit of just transposition.
You are only likely to see patterns that are in no way predictive, even if you managed to win some bets with any "system" or pattern you are using to guide your plays.
If you want to turn it spiritual, it's better to just "be the bet"...
Think tank has gone to the dogs if this is the most active thread.
There hasn't been a decent discussion in years. But yes this seems like a new low. Mindless arguments with people that can't do basic math about chase systems and parlays seems high brow. And I had high hopes that legalization would peak the interest of a new generation of bettors. Seems like not so much.

I think that legalization will attract "new bettors" when its fully implemented and accepted throughout the US....I also think that right now alot of the "new bettors" are preoccupied with the bigger issues such social change...I am assuming that you wanting new bettors as they might have fresh insight into approaching handicapping and finding a more proficient way to pick winners...to do so we should keep an open mind and welcome these new approaches to an old problem picking more winners...
You will never be able to recognize the numerology pre game. The fingerprints are on every major game but these “people” are not stupid and you aren’t going to be able to ever cap successfully that way.
