Contest Format:
- Members make their picks on each of the markets listed below for the 4 Nations Face-Off via bet365. These include: Tournament Winner, Round Robin Team Points, and Top Team Point Scorer (9 markets in total).
- Each pick will be graded as a 1 unit bet. Leaderboard will be total profit from all 9 picks. Ex. Canada Over 5.5 round robin points (-160) would return 0.63 units, Canada Under 5.5 round robin points (+130) would return 1.3 units.
- Deadline to submit picks is Wednesday, February 12th at 8:00 PM ET. No editing picks after submission.
