The Islanders beat the Devils 6-1. This may be their first win this year that was a breeze. Every other win they've gotten is by 1 goal and it's always a struggle.

Now I'm starting to believe that maybe this team has a little magic to it. The young kids jelling and DiPietro finally starting to play like a #1 overall pick.

They'll get me hoping, excited that they will catch that #8 playoff spot..and then they'll blow it and keep me in this constant state of torture.
