a bad day at the track is still better than a good day anywhere else. get invited to a june wedding sometime and it will be the most miserable day you will ever spend. i'd rather lose a months social security check at a harness track with no handle. or spend a sunday visiting your wifes mother if you want true misery. they might let you watch a game while they sit at the kitchen table talking about their old dead relatives while you're watching the clock trying to get out so you can get down on the 4:00 games.
