no but syndicates will reduce the winning amt when there is a carryover. use the harvey pack theory and only bet the pik 6 when there is no carryover. syndicates stay out and you have a better chance of taking down the whole pool yourself. too many winning tickets totally mask the carryover money. this has been proven over and over. it would take another batch of longshots to negate this theory which most players would never have.

I no longer follow Horse Racing but just received the following email from winningponies.com, basically just adds the time of the event:

For Wednesday, June 23rd, Hollywood Park has a Pick 6 carryover of $136,973!

The Pick 6 starts in the 3rd race at 5:01pm Eastern/2:01pm Pacific.
