I gave up watching a long time ago ... I couldn't take the constant pick 3/4/6 plugs ... nowhere near enough jockey/trainer interviews .. if you are going to run a racing channel - make it useful for the end user .. and they will watch.

those hosts do not pick the races. they have interns who do it. believe me. they spend all their time getting made up for tv especially matt carothers who only picks 4or 5-1 shots. only because of the odds. todd schrupp acts like a know it all and berates his fellow co hosts. everyone hates him. but in general the channel does show the races and no one ever did it before so it is extremely useful if you turn the sound down when an actual race isn't being run.

It drives me nuts when Todd does the intro to a big race when there in the gate like a monumental event is about to take place, then ends it w/ the tvg plug. Yes, I know, that is how things are, but it is annoying.

It annoys me when they have there pick 4 picks and the graphics of them nodding their heads in the graphic. Silly idea.

Poor Bob, he forgets a lot of things and makes many mistakes. Why is he on the air?
