Alright guys we are headed to GATEWAY MOTORSPORT PARK in Illinois this weekend where all 3 series will be racing again, but the Xfinity series race will be from Portland International Raceway. Saturday afternoon will be a doubleheader startung off with with Trucks @ 1:30pm followed by the Xfinity race from Portland @ 4.30pm. Both races will air on FS1. Sunday afternoon the Cup series will be @ 2:30pm also on FS1. Long summer stretch coming let's get it. Good Luck!!!
Hey guys before we put last week to rest, I need to ask a question. I'm new using Hard Rock Bet here in Florida, I've read the house rules and have emailed them 2 times. I can't make hide or hair out of it and they have not responded to my emails...So "Early" last week I wanted to bet Larson but odds sucked, so I placed 2 different parlays with him. First, was a 4 leg parlay with 3 MLB games and Larson to finish Top 3. Second was a 2 leg parlay with one MLB game and Larson to finish 1st. All the MLB games won, but Both parlays were graded as a loss. I was praying they'd be reduced down as winners, minus the Larson bets. My feeling is they lost due to the fact that Larson qualified the car before Allgaier drove it Sunday??? Any info or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Can you paste the motor racing rules? Can't see them from here.
Does it say anything about drivers having to start the race?
That sucks. U would think since Larson didn't start the race that parlays would be reduced. I thought the driver had to start the race to have action. Allgaier even had his own odds listed instead of Larson at a few most shops once it was clear he wouldn't start the 600. I havent used the Hard Rock app b4 so can't help much on the house rules....but I would pissed if parlays graded as a L, when he did not started the race. Hopefully some1 else around uses them and knows more CD.

the Hard Rock Bet Atlantic City House Rules are accessible via Bing Cache. I guess you should be able to open that link as well.
Personally, I couldn't find any rule which would apply in this case. Most sports have a "If a player withdraws in advance of a tournament, any bets placed within seven days of the tournament’s scheduled start date will be cancelled. Bets placed prior to seven days ahead of the tournament scheduled start date will be graded as lost. If a player retires during a tournament, bets on that player will be graded as lost" rule, but not Motor Sports, nor is there anything in the general rules which would fit.
What other tracks do you guys compare Gateway too? Phoenix, Richmond, and New Hampshire seem like the most logical but they run the short track package at those tracks and the intermediate package at Gateway so not sure if they really race the same. Nashville is similar in length and banking but I imagine being concrete vs. asphalt makes a big difference.

Thanks, that's helpful.

Agree that we need to compare the same package tracks more than what we see as traditionally similar layouts.
Check out this vid of Perez first lap wreck at Monaco.
Lucky photogs!

There's nothing in their rules that covers this situation, unfortunately. Most (all?) other books cover this in their house rules. For example, SuperBook says the driver must start the race for action. ESPN's rules say that if they take part in a practice or qualifying session the bet will stand. Since their rules are silent on it you are likely out of luck.
You could have a friend contact them about a hypothetical situation where a driver doesn't start a race and ask how they would grade the bet. If they say it would be voided you should then take that to them and ask them to void your bet.
Aside from that you'll have to contact them and ask that they void the bet. If they say no, ask for an explanation (make sure it comes from someone on the trading team, not just the support person). You may be able to make the case that they should follow the same rules they have for cycling which does address riders withdrawing before a race.
If it is still not resolved after that your only other option would be to file a complaint with your state's gaming commission.
They geo block the site so even with a VPN cant see the pages CD.
as far as I could see, the rules itself are the same as in the link I posted above.
So the only one which fits is "Where any matter is not covered by these Rules, Seminole Gaming reserves the right to decide on an individual basis", unfortunately.
It's still worth a shot to ask, of course, but it's not like the settlement is incorrect per se.
Might just try me a couple parlays off the lowers tom. Xfinity odds pitiful. Might play 1 single each just have to see. May parlay 2 h2hs from each lower too for a side play.
Gonna try Heim as parlay also, prob my usual 2 limit. Played these 2 h2hs and 2 for Xfinity for a side play. Not sure yet if I'll add anything else. May try a top 3 on another longshot parlay. Dount I'll play any single Ws. Will post when finished.
Not sure between 19/11 for fav pick to parlay with Cup. Those haven't reposted yet anyways. Might decide live since trucks starting soon or not do it at all.
Only have a couple SVG parlays and those h2hs with trucks for Xfinity. Didn't end up with much on lowers, but still may add 1 live. Prob won't but lol but will post if I do.
