Chicago has the better defense, and that makes the Bulls the best play on the road tonight at the Washington Wizards.

Chicago has won four-of-five in the series, and is 3-2 against the spread in that span, just missing the cover on the other two occasions.The Bulls are 40-24 ATS after five straight games allowing a shooting percentage of 42% or less over the last three seasons, and 13-3 ATS after a game where they made 20% or less of their 3-point shots over the last three seasons.
Washington is 22-44 ATS after two straight games committing 11 or less turnovers since 1996. Take Chicago!
