It seems you sometimes have to do a hard refresh after opting in (CTRL + R) for the boost to show when you add a wager to your bet slip. I had to do that today.

Emailed DK and they said they're "having a technical issue with it," so I need to email them to tell them which bet I want it to apply to if it wins. Then they sent me T&C stating max wager was $10 when it clearly says $50, so I had to correct them on that. Shady but whatever.
