COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Rank the best conferences

Hi, this is for people who follow College basketball closely. Please objectively rank from 1 to 10, the top conferences in College Ball.

College ML parlay betting seems to be pretty golden and it's something I want to experiment with but I mostly watch NBA so this is info I'd like to know.

I assume we are talking top to bottom overall best, correct? If so I would rank them like this.

10. CAA
9. Pac-10
8. MVC
7. SEC
6. ACC
5. MWC
4. A 10
3. Big Ten
2. Big 12
1. Big East

I think so. I don't see how you put them in front of any of the conferences below it. These teams are all real bad and the only reason most of them aren't way below .500 is because they get to take turns playing each other. Arizona State is solid, Washington is solid, Cal is a little better then those two and after that there is nothing. All those teams from then on are all just bad teams that only have wins because they get to flip a coin every night to see who gets the win. If these teams had to play say a Big Ten schedule I think you see most of them ranked way down at the bottom.

Which do you think should be behind Pac 10?
