The bulls are playing at Orlando. This game does not matter to either team and playing defense will not be a priority. I rather take the over on the underdog because its 2.5 points less than the favorite. I would rather take the over on the bulls at 24.5 than take the over on the Magic at 27. The Magic does not play very good defense and especially in the first quarter of games. The last time the bulls played at Orlando was in January. The Magic won the game 102-88. The Bulls were able to score 27 points in the first quarter. In the very first meeting at Chicago, the Magic defeated the Bulls 112-110. In that game, the Bulls scored 30 points in the first quarter.
Hornets team total Under 27.5 (1stQ)
The hornets played last night at Utah and might be a little fatigued. The Twolves played at Charlotte and lost 121-119. Both teams will slow down the tempo and play some defense. Both teams may be a little tired to play an uptempo game. THe TWolves are a young team and they will continue to play hard.
Spurs team total Under 26.5 (1stQ)
The Spurs have played the suns 3 times this season and have scored more than 26 points in only 3 of the 12 quarters. Both the Suns and the Spurs are fighting for home court advantage. This game still does matter for both the suns and the Spurs. The way the spurs play, I would bet Under 26 for all 4 quarters. The Spurs are not a good offensive team in the first quarter of games.
