I watched Akron play one time this year and they looked awful, I know that they are playing competition level know so that makes a huge difference but the ML sounds like the play as well as they +130 at my book

I'm feeling very confident about the selections tonight.

If I could of got unc Greeny +3 it would be 3x.

they are much more talented then their record states having played 5 str8 on the road and 7 of their last 8, while playing a very difficult schedule (66th in nation) Their advanced stats are deflated because of that. Finally back home seems like a perfect spot for Wes Miller to regroup his guys and dig into confidence play.

Furman off blow out win at home against vmi and taking short trip on short turn before returning back home. Furman has played a much weaker schedule (286th) and only managed one road win @ appy st who is not as good as Greeny.

The Paladins thrive off turnovers while the Spartans take very good care of the ball (even with their tough schedule) On the flip side Furman is sloppy with the Rock and Greeny will get after them.

I look for the Spartans to shoot the 3 ball better tonight on their home floor. Their 2 home losses were to navy and Wayne by a combined 10 points and both of those squads are better than Furman.

wrong team is favored here due to a 7-7 team playing a 4-10 team, imo..

with that being said the line is pretty sharp and couldn't get a 3, so it's downgraded to a 2x, which makes them equal to w mich and st joes.

Im very confident the Paladins fall to the Spartans tonight in Greensboro.

-remember it's a marathon in this game, so not an all in play or anything, just a very confidently bound strong edge.

mike Davis squad has played a top 10 schedule nationally, don't mind their 2-11 record as they will win the SWAC and be dancing in March...

Also when you lose that much, even though it's brutal comp, when you get a chance to win you want to pummel them...

We ended up losing by hook, but I'd bet it again and again...

I wouldn't say Akron is awful by any means, but this seems like a rough spot for them.. I like the week prep for buffalo as they will be a tough out in every MAC game especially at home... I chose the 1st half because I like that angle paired with Akron flying into west NY , on quick turn around... I like them for the game here but also but decided more value in 1h and with Akrons talent much better, no need to press the issue and invest more than a c note here..

ill be kicking myself if they win and don't cover 1h, but I as I stated more value in the 1h imo, and that's just the way it goes sometimes.

Another popular road fav here for you, I don't wanna invest in laying points against arky at home in conference play... It's an overall losing prop, and vandy is of course crazy talented... I'll just be watching this one, and stay hott flipper , I always enjoy your stuff, you seem like you got high potential in this game...

kentucky is the popular road fave of the night. Vandy is just another winner, don't over analyze it.

Phil Martelli's group has only 2 losses on season , at home vs nova and up in Connecticut against Florida. Vcu thrives off turnovers and the 3 ball, st joes strengths are exactly that... They protect the rock and defend the perimeter extremely well.

Vcu has only played 1 tru road game and lost by 13 to ga tech, they are also 0-3 on nuetral court games but that was to extremely tough comp so doesn't mean much of anything...

Vcu is a momentuem based team on with those turnovers and 3's, and st joes should be able to control that in hagan...

Ill admit it's not the best spot for Hawks off the Richmond win in Virginia but I think they are better than vcu on neutral, glad to take lay only 2 here at home, even off the big win...

Temple is just too well coached and play with too much heart to Catch 10.5 off blowout loss at home, I think they actually play better on road, just ask cincy as they were coming off that huge win before kelvin Sampson came into philly...

And the ml par with Indy/Cuse is pretty self explanatory...

Lkid, can I get your opinion on another game that has a line that doesn't make sense to me....its Baylor -9.5 OKState. Looking at teams each have played so far and results of those games, seems Baylor too heavy of favorite here.

dont really have much of an opinion, I don't like this okie st team at all... This is also their first true road game. Baylor is a strong a home team, they impressed me with the vandy win, not just because they won but the heart they showed to close it out. You are correct they haven't played much of anyone else at home , while getting handled, against strong comp away from Waco.

The advanced stats are inflated as the Cowboys have played an even weaker schedule ( one of the worst in nation)

Okie st has no answer for prince and gathers, and Medford really does a nice job running the show.

I look both teams to go in different direction during conference play, while I agree with you that it's too many points, I want no part of backing the Cowboys here...
