Beginning Jan 1 this thread will post plays utilizing the system.

the system; play on the home team hosting a ranked team.

parameters; ats, hm fav -#(-1 to -6) to hm dog pick em to +12.5 pnts (adjusted from +10)

pretty simple and basic system that has seen some success over the yrs (up to 70% one yr).

I dont have all the winning seasons, but only recall 1 or 2 shitty yrs.
this was even featured on vsin twatter feed last yr, it was hitting pretty good.

System was first posted by " action sports central" he was a punter floating around forumville the last 10-15 yrs and he seemed to walk away from it the 1st yr it faltered. I picked it up and ran with it last 2-3 yrs over at CM.

another aspect of it I played was; play on the home dog 1st half +pnts.
while tracking and playing this over the yrs, I noticed the fav/ranked would try to rebound 2nd half after giving up the 1st half to the home team. maybe it was ego,(by the rankings) maybe court familiarity, but the hm dog would cover 1st half.
but that was my own personal plays and never integrated into the system.

Just now saw this thread! thanks for sharing. I just posted something similar (almost verbatim) on USCPHILLYGUY's thread. Now do you also use this system for college football as well (different parameters obviously) but still the same principles in theory when it comes to handicapping.

a bit of a dilemma

so saturday I saw 3 diff. #25 ranked teams, 2 of which fell into the system and scored 1-1 in the system.
just gonna add the other ranked V game here for scoring purposes.
that gm being; #25 byu @ ksu final score 74-84 ksu.

we run into this scenario every yr. ie; what rankings site to use? I have no answer, so use whatever you like.
I think it was AP had OK at #25 and Coaches had BYU at#25, then I see another had TCU at #25.
