    Hedging Strategy Help
I wonder if there are any ideas for a hedging strategy for the Final Four:
    Situation:
$30 future placed on 3/27 on NCSt to win the tourney at +12000 (payout=$3630)
I understand I can hedge the final game if NCSt does upset Purdue. My question is; is there any strategy to address the final four game against Purdue under these circumstances. The money line (Purdue -425) is a huge problem that would definitely erase future profits should NCSt run the table (unlikely I believe).
Anyone faced a similar situation and have some productive thoughts?
I thank you in advance for your wisdom.

    Let it ride.
At -425 you'd have to lay 127.50 to get you're 30 dollars back.
I'm all about value, there's none there.
Ask yourself this, do you really need the thirty dollars back?
    Enjoy the ride.

As Crash Davis once said in 'Bull Durham.'

I think he might be looking for a way to win $1500+ whatever happens. Not just cover the 30 stake. Freddues?

If so, I can't see a way this round.

Uconn might be around same odds if it ends up NCST against them in final.

If so, you could bet $1630 to win about $400 on Ucon or $2000 for ncst
      .

If you can find a prop Uconn>Purdue in final, that might give you a reasonable half hedge
        .

Yes, that is correct Op I am not concerned with the $30. I am seeking a way to extract half or a little less of the $3630. I appreciate the idea you present it is the first solid suggestion I have encountered. Anymore ideas?
