so what is the other good option for the international members? can you please list down... thanks... and welcome sbr ivy...

Added by SBR Admin: Your pro option loads in the SBR Pro application form, if you are outside the US, that is a sportsbook sponsor option which requires creating a new account via the given link and making a minimum deposit with that sportsbook:

Hey, i'm trying to find the options to renew my pro status as international users, any ideas?

Added by SBR: The SBR Pro application is. If for whatever reason your current location returns the wrong country options, send "SBR Forum" a PM detailing the issue.

yes, maybe redeposit of 100 or 200 more in current sportsbook from sbr is ok...

Edit by SBR Admin: Hi, as of 1 January 2014, the required Pro deposit was lowered to whatever the minimum of the sportsbook you've chosen for Pro status is.

I believe it was originally like that. You could put $200 back in your original book u linked thru with SBR that was a sponsor. Seems strange they make it harder every year to remain pro.

Edit by SBR Admin: We apologize for any difficulty you've had. We can assure you the intention is the opposite; hence lowering the deposit requirement from $200 to whatever the minimum of that shop is. Players who can show they have preexisting accounts with all shops listed in the program should PM "SBR Forum" to discuss options.

Like others have said, the charitable donation to become pro option isn't there when I try to become pro. Only the sports book option. My AdBlock is off and still nothing. What can I do?

Edit by SBR Forum: We've sent you a PM with the direct charity link.

                                Hi guys,

Looking for advice on becoming pro. Currently out of home country (Australia) for extended period, creating new account with an affiliate would be difficult. Would it be possible to provide account details of other affiliates created recently (in the lasst 6 months, with associated cash deposits) for the purposes of becoming pro?

If Admin have advice please PM me

                                Thanks

Edit by SBR Forum: Hi wilbo86, no unfortunately that is not possible. You have to create a new account with one of the sponsors listed, using the given link, and then make a minimum deposit with that shop. Here's the SBR Pro application link:

                                  asking for a friend.

someone registers as a new member to forum, adding his existing sportsbook account, becoming SBR Pro - he got SBR Pro for a year.

then, lets say after 5 months, he creates new account in one of the sponsors sportsbook here, makes deposit - does it matter for length of his SBR Pro or not?

                                  easier way:

someone creates SBR account becoming PRO on 01.01.2014. His SBR Pro will expire on 01.01.2015.

then he creates new Pinnacle account with SBR link on 01.06.2014, makes deposit. His SBR Pro expires on 01.01.2015 or 01.06.2015 now?

                                  thx

Good question. As far as I know it will still renew on 1/1/2015. Generally an automated notice will come around time when his pro status is soon to expire and he will have to meet the requirements for renewal at that time regardless of what has happened during the course of the year.

I will double check to make certain.

I have 3000 + points in the "SBR Store". Also I have 3800 + points in the sports book. If I become a SBR PRO, do all my points reset to 3000? Would I lose the 800 + points that I will have remaining if I choose to renew my membership by points?

You lose all your points but 3000. Regardless if they are in your sbr wallet or stashed in sportsbook.

Edit by SBR Admin: Hi Fredd, we should probably hear back from Pinnacle by Monday on your status. Up to 4 business days is the general average. Your application is processed on our side.

I deposited through SBR link to sportsbook sponsor on Monday, Dec.1st. Any idea when my account will show me as a "Pro"? It says it should take 2-4 business days, but we are now passed that. Just wondering. Been a member for quite a few years, and finally decided to support the forum and go pro. Hoping it's done soon!

Edit by SBR Admin: Hi Isiah,

It costs 3,000 betpoints go pro and the max balance to carry is 3,000.

For example, if you have 10,000 betpoints, you are reset to 3,000.

If you have 5,000, you are reset to 2,000.

You cannot trade off your points to circumvent this.

I have about 5000 bet points. I'd like go PRO but it is my understanding that my points will be reset to 3000. Is this correct? If so, is there anyway to avoid having 2000 points I would lose flushed down the toilet? I don't think I could even give them away unless I did it 2 pts. at a time. Please advise.

Edit by SBR: Hi sir, basically, while an up to 4 business day time-frame is listed, this is not guaranteed. The reason is that we are dealing with sportsbooks in different timezones with different in-office schedules, so sometimes there can be an extra couple day wait. In this case, it is always best to submit renewal apps at least a week before you're scheduled to expire, as you have.

I also renewed 5 days ago and still not renewed.
