What is "Service Plays"

There's a service plays section and seems like lots of people view it too.
What is that thing about. I read 'em and there's lots of play post there.
Why dont just post em on mlb, nba or other handicapping section?

Whats the different?

Service plays are plays that so called professional handicappers (aka touts) sell or give away for free.
