Hello all. So I have been meaning to write up about my overall experiences gambling online as I have been doing this for over 6 years and play poker and wager sports. This is a quick list of reason of why YOU MUST AVOID BETONLINE and in my opinion the best site online bar none is 5Dimes.
--Bet online deposits take longer than anywhere else when using monogram and **.
--Customer service folks barely speak or understand English let alone actually get anything done. You need to get beyond the supervisors to get anywhere.
--This is a big hidden "screw our customer" concept they implemented a year and a half ago. If you every use their LIFETIME bonus of 25% you have the usual 6 times rollover that isn't bad, however you also CANT MAKE A CASHOUT for 30 days. In 2013 I was up around 10 grand and couldn't cash out because I had received a bonus for $12.50 free play. I am not lying about that. Even if you go to complete zeros you have to wait 30 days. There is no reset.
--Poker issue and lack of customer concern. Their poker platform isn't bad, but they have ton of connection issues and take their damn time in resolving issues.
--They will pay out but many times there is an issue. I had $2000 go missing from my account and I eventually had to track it down as they said their processor couldn't issue the wire. Instead of getting a hold of me I had to contact them to track it down.
Overall they are just an awful operation. I have gone back once in a while and continue they disappoint me. Most recently they had a software poker meltdown that still has not been resolved in terms of refunding money.
BENEFITS of 5DIMES.
--Although great customer service is hard to get from any site online, 5 dimes to me is a must use if you want to bet sports.
--Great payouts. I mean I get payouts instantly almost, no lie to a debit card once you pick up a money pack card or vanilla. This was unreal when it happened. I mean a $1000 to my card in less than an hour.
--Best promotion in my mind. The free 8th and 9th deposit promo. Check that out and you can cash out immediately.
--Early lines and they don't bump favorites like Bovada.
--I don't play poker there much as they don't have the games I like, so for poker my input is not as deep.
These guys just make deposits and payouts the 2 most important things easy. And they will always pay you out quickly. I have NO ties to either of these sites. I have used around 5 sites including bovada and to me 5dimes is far an away the best. Bovada is also good but I haven't used them in a while.
