Site Requirements

I'm looking for a site to place a bet on for the upcoming baseball season and have a few requirements. They are:

-must accept deposits from New York.

-when it comes to cashing out I'd prefer to only need an enhanced license as proof of ID (as I don't have a passport).

What reputable sites would qualify for all these needs? Thanks.
