Calling in Bets

The Atlantis Casino in Reno released their MLB over unders and there's one in particular I have my eye on. Is it possible to call a Casino in America and place a bet over the phone (or mail them a check)?

I'm a bit nervous in terms of waiting too long, as the lines could change once Spring Training games begin. Also are they known as a reputable book to deal with?

You have to be in Nevada to place a wager. There is no betting over the phone.
