Hi guys,

Ordered sortsbook cash for bodog last saturday and today order got cancelled and returned because I didn't sign up to bodog through SBR. Two issues, first is it took 9 days for sbr to complete my order and then the next day cancel it, why so long?

Second thing is, I have accounts at all but one of the sportsbooks you offer cash for before joining sbr. So if I can't get sportsbook cash as a canadian then what does this site really offer for the betpoints?

I still don't understand why you guys can't add amazon gift cards, ebay, prepaid ****/**. Better options for Canadians please as I'm now unable to get anything with betpoints.

I believe you came to me thru live chat and disconnect after I have pointed out the reason of its cancellation.

Your order didn't take that long, as it was place 4/30 and completed 5/9, excluding Saturday and Sunday, so 5 days to be exact and still in its average time frame.

You're always free to purchased unlimited sportsbook cash using your betpoints as an International user, provided the account you created was link via SBR, for that's stated in the rule sir, it was mentioned in this thread, http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...ts.html?slf=92

SBR will continue to do its best to provide better service and option to all.

Yes I did come through your chat and my frustration is that there are only 6 sportsbook to purchase cash from as a international user and I have an account at 5 of those 6 already not through sbr.

It's very easy to offer more options to your international members such as amazon.ca gift cards, etc. So I'm limited to one sportsbook to use my points at should I want to open yet another book.

Can we look into adding more options in the store?

Yes, it is limited, i agree, and they should allow some latitude, or more options.
As Genie says, it may be some other options coming up, otherwise, we Canadians are in a bad shape.
We still have to organize a winning gathering, I know Millier and Beerdog will come.

The site says 2 to 3 business days?
I think that 20 days may be the normal.

Please allow up 3-5 business days for the prize to be credited by the sportsbook. In some cases, orders may take up to two weeks to be credited - if an order has not been received in this time-frame, please contact us at forum@sportsbookreview.com.

Bill, I have been in this game along time as u are aware. All of the books you have for cash I had before I joined with SBR THEN when I tried to get an acct with DSI thru your link lololol they denied that signup since I was along ago Cris client. so I am out of luck. SO NT or SKR cash would be GREAT or as I suggested last year I would be happy to use points to buy "BASH" trips etc

Yes. US members don't have access to Sportsbook cash since gambling is illegal here. So they gave us gift card options.
