Betting a round robin in Vegas. What do I say at the window?
I know I can probably just ask the person at the window, but not only would I rather look like I know what I'm doing, I also remember the first time I bet on horses, having no idea what I was doing, and feeling rushed at the window because I didn't want to hold up the long line behind me.

So what do I say if I want to bet three 2-team and one 3-team parlays in a single round robin for $25 each?

Hey VegasSummer--as I don't place those sorts of bets I can't answer it for you, but I can give you a little advice. Although I've lived in SoCal for many years, I never went to Las Vegas (and thus a regular sportsbook) until about five years ago. I had wagered for years but always online and I felt the same as you--I didn't want to hold up lines or look like a dumbass. Those books tend to close overnight and open their windows in the morning, but there is hardly anyone there (except for maybe Saturdays and Sundays in the fall). I went up to the guy a few minutes after he opened the window, made a straight bet and asked him what the etiquette was betting in a brick and mortar book. He was very friendly and gave me a few minutes of his time. I left with some knowledge without inconveniencing anyone. Give it a shot.
