If the line at your book is -4 1/2 then the fair price bought down to -3 should be at-3 -140 at 10 cents per half point-right-good idea-gl.

If memory serves me correctly, the Colts lost 2 games because they sat everyone. What was the Saints excuse for losing the last 2 home games with all the starters playing?

They torched the #3 & #1 ranked defenses in the playoffs, imagine what they'll do to the 25th ranked D

All good points but 2 weeks to prepare and getting 5 points against an average Colts defense leaves the back door wide open. Colts win but the Saints never quit and score and try the on sides kick with under 2 minutes. Thats how I see it...

If you find a book that charges 10 cents to buy from -3.5 to -3 in the NFL, please let me know!

-4.5 -110 should be -3 -155, so I am assuming the OP's book has Colts -5. ML of -200 is better then -3 -165.

Just like when baseball rolls around its pretty hard to make a living betting -165's much less -200's. Find stuff that will win at -110 or -105. You start reaching and hedging and out thinking yourself at -200.
