MY RECORD AFTER 4TH WEEK OF NFL INCLUDING A THURSDAY NIGHTGAME 3-1-1
WELL LAST WEEK REALLY HURT ME GOING INTO PRESS AND TAKING MIAMI DOLPHINS
[.However we still got full season to go .This week I,am back to square One. I will say this?? When I lose a bet....I lose big in both spots>> Press and Game.. well its my 1st lose and it hurts Ladies & Gentlemen]
I bet one game A week, [Some exceptions applied Monday & Thursday Night games] I never bet spreads over 10, Never a road team, getting 7 more points, Never home steam giving up 7 more points I work off a spread sheet, Weather, injures, Power ratings, Defense and Offence analyzes, Team coaches comparisons My Betting Style>> Press one time on 2nd win,[Iam pressing this week after a win from last week] I will go back to a Original bet after the press Win Or Lose... One Bet at time ...You can't win? if you don,t press once ???[ I wonder who said that ??//lol] More Bets You Make in any given week of play, like ...Parlays,Over and under's on a game with the a team?? or whatever??with These Bookmakers .. Your percentage to win is cut in half
The Cardinals now have a quarterback controversy, with Derek Anderson pulled in the last game in favor of unproven Max Hall. Coach Whisenhunt is not saying who will start, but when you listen to him, you begin to sense he is grasping the enormity and possible futility on their future prospects this season. The lack of stability underlines the issues on this team. The Saints’ rushing offense ranks 30th in the league and Reggie Bush is out with a broken leg and Pierre Thomas may miss the game with an ankle injury. Still, no matter who runs the ball for the Saints they will likely be successful facing a Cardinals’ run defense that is giving up the 3rd most rushing yards per game in the league. Hightower and Wells are the key to the game, as if they can run the ball it will take a lot of pressure of Hall and it will keep Brees on the sidelines. .Let’s do some comparing between the Saints and Cardinals ...*Stats* provided by:Legendary handicapping By Mellow Rose 4 (((( The BlueCard }} System Smitty Ryan II [LasVegas N.V.] & JJ Bacus[Reno N.V].................................
Points scored/allowed: Saints (79/72), Cardinals (58/118)
Sacked/yards lost: Saints (7/48), Cardinals (15/129)
Yards per game: Saints (344.0), Cardinals (249.0)
Yards per game allowed: Saints (334.5), Cardinals (388.0)
Turnover margin: Saints (plus-2), Cardinals (minus-6)
A KEY NOTE>>> The good news for the Saints on Thursday is that no new players were added to the injury report. The bad news – no one has been removed.Running back Pierre Thomas remains out with an ankle sprain that happened at the end of the Falcons game on Sept. 26 and defensive end Will Smith remains sidelined with a groin injury.Smith’s status could change by gameday,The Saints, who are among the league's worst rushing teams with 73.2 yards per game, will be without Reggie Bush (fractured right fibula) for at least a few more weeks, while Pierre Thomas could miss a second straight game with a sprained left ankle If Thomas is sidelined, Ladell Betts and rookie Christopher Ivory will likely get the majority of carries against a Cardinals defense allowing an NFC-worst 154.8 rushing yards per game The two combined for 114 rushing yards last weekend, with Betts running for 47 and catching four passes for 23 yards in his first action since tearing two knee ligaments in November *Stats* provided by:Legendary handicapping By Mellow Rose 4 (((( The BlueCard }} System Smitty Ryan II [LasVegas N.V.] & JJ Bacus[Reno N.V].................................
MY ANALYSIS OF THE GAME & PREDICTION............................
The Cardinals’ D defiantly have to play better this Sunday than they did last Sunday when they gave up 419 total yards (239 passing yards180 rushing yards) to the ChargersThe personnel losses have begun to show. As if it weren’t enough to lose Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin on offense and Carlos Dansby and Antrel Rolle on defense, the Cardinals are now facing the injury bug.Receivers Early Doucet and Steve Breaston are out. Defenses can now concentrate on Larry Fitzgerald who,as a result,is not nearly as effective
I think it’s time for a little breakout performance by the Saints against a Cardinals team that may be settling into a rough patch. Look for a Saints surge in the second half to enable them to get the cover.Take the Saints minus -6 1/2 points.A struggling offense, a struggling defense, and a new starting QB generally does not lead to success and it will not in this game either,as the Saints will easily win this game and cover the spread. SAINTS, 27-13
SAINTS MINUS -6 1/2 points
