I signed up for a FD account back in September of this year and made a few small deposits via interact. Lost all my deposits so never withdrew any funds. Then this week I made a few smaller Interact deposits. Finally won some money and withdrew it all. I got an email saying since this was my first withdraw it could take a few days. In less than 24 hours the money was in my account.
Spent the holidays alone I made subsequent deposits through interact and my credit card. I'll admit I made a large number of deposits. Probably 4kish across three cards. It was odd as some charges would go through by my CC and other would decline, so I provided smaller amounts and went through. I have each of the failed and accepted charges notifications you get by email.
Any ways. I got lucky and won money in Blackjack and the NFL last night. I requested three withdraws to Interact for $500.00, $1,000.00, and $3,000.00, and had 1,800.00 left in my account. I made two wagers on GB (both won and have a pending teaser that might hit) and played a bit more black jack. Then at 12:59 I got an email saying my withdrawals were cancelled and my account was suspended. Right before I wanted to bet the Rams ML. Not that it's a big deal given I only bet a little over $300 on a teaser and two plays on GB, but I'm worried they may void those picks as well. Two one and 1 is pending.
Live chat and email were no help whatsoever and I'm waiting to hear from their Account's Team. I even willingly replied and sent over the front and back of each credit card I used as well as a copy of my health card and bank statements which show the charges.
Any tips on what to do?
Optional, if you can help I don't have my FD user number. Only my email. Checked to see if I could locate it in any emails they sent me (I save everything) and I couldn't. I can't log into my account either to find it there. If you can help it'd be greatly appreciated.
