I think Oladipo has the best shot at rookie of the year(if he goes to Orlando) but Len is younger and big men take longer to develop he just turned 20. Also based on Cleveland and Orlando's rosters it makes more sense Cleveland is pretty strong and young in the backcourt, and Vucevic is a nice player for the MAgic

If you want a big man which the Cavs do then you take Len #1 without question

Noel is a twink and a complete stiff offensively
