did someone say there is no value teasing pitts +7, how do u figure that? over the last 5 years id like to know the amount of times the steelers lost by 2 majors, id be willing to guess less then 3 times.

you realize part of the reason why the number went from 9.5 to 7 is because of all the+15/14'/14 teasers...right? right

overall, public had another good teaser weekend...its almost expected

teasing +7 dogs up is not a good move. Results show it out. They post 9 to keep guys from teasing down to -1.

Since 2010, I could go back a lot further, Dogs that closed +7 were 19-28-4 ATS. They were 27-24 on 6 pt teasers. So they basically got 4 extra wins over what they got ATS, because the 4 pushes obviously become wins. So not a big improvement.

Same games but teasing down the favorite were obviously 28-19-4 (strong subset on the blind)ATS are 42-8-1 on 6 pt teasers. Not even a comparison, and why books do everything they can to stay away from a lot of -7s on one day. Because really the only way they lose is when the side loses SU, and since 2010 teams that close -7 are 43-8 SU, thats pretty strong.
