Ive done p2p online thru the "green option" multiple times no problems at all....just keep them smallish never over a G and u should be straight.

usually go to stores but if its shitty outside or something ill just do it online quick

they will tell you before you send, in my experience usually 10 bucks more, depends on location though

books pick up the fees so i never really care

Same thing happened to me around August. One day my CC didn't work and they told me it was my bank I would call my bank and they said they didn't block anything. I tried for a few more days and still no luck didnt try for a week went back and it worked. They must have something in their processor that doesn't allow the same card so many times for a certain amount of days. Just wait a week if you can and try later.
