I thought we said underrated? Essentially all of these shows on this list are critically acclaimed or high rated in their time slot. Honestly, I am hard pressed to think of anything right now on TV that fits the parameters of the question.

I love that one too AMB very underrated but another one I like that doesn't get to much pub is "Dexter" on showtime I love that show it is currently my favorite show airing, it just finished it's 3rd season.

Agreed, Flight of the Conchords is AWESOME. The first clip you included had me absolutely dying. Guys are geniuses. That would be in my top three funniest TV shows ever, which could be another thread I guess, but would be:

Da Ali G Show
The Office (British version)

As for my top TV shows ever, I guess they are not underrated, but they would be:

THE WIRE !!!!

(Hands-down greatest show ever -- everyone who has not seen it run out right now and buy or rent Season 1 and start watching that s--t!!!!! All five seasons are tremendous.)
