The Casino near where I live has mini Baccarat. From what I'm reading, it seems like a 50/50 toss up on whether to bet the player or dealer hand(s). What strategy is there to mini baccarat?

If we ever need to invade North Korea we just set up a few baccarat tables around the border, then we could walk into the country untouched

Best way to play is play the streak ...what ever came in the hand before bet it to win again. Catch a 15 run bank or player your in the chips press accordingly. I saw a 31 bank run with a guy playing limit most of the wayTie is a horrible bet as is the prs

This. I don't know anything about it other than to yell monkey a few times in the game. I sit down at the end of a night and just keep drinking knowing i am going to likely at least break even. This is one of my favorite games to just sit and booze in Vegas.

Don't u have to pay a commission on banker?
Why not just play the player spot? Does the "banker" have a edge? Can they win easier?

Banker holds a small edge therefore commission in Bac the rules are pretty easy Player draws a card 0-5 the bank draws card on 0-1-2 and draws on all 3's except if the players draw card was 8 If the bank has 4 it draws when the players draw card is 2-7 if the Bank has 5 it draws when the players draw card is 4-7 if the bank has 6 it draws when the players draw card is 6-7 ...Bank stands on 7-8-9 any 8 or 9 by either side ends the game no draw

Mini Baccarat has advantages and disadvantages. House edge is lower than most games. Craps line and odds bets complete the exacta. Blackjack with player advantage rules completes the trifecta.
I use a 1/2/4 progression or sometimes 1/3/7 progression. Usually go with banker. Chop suey shoes are my bread and butter. If a bridge appears I will not play till it ends after three rounds. I set a goal for myself {Say $100.00}. Once there I walk.
When stuck Mini Baccarat is the best game to chase if it comes down to that.
Dragon and Panda are popular bets. However the house edge is 2/3 % higher than the straight Banker/Player option. Tie and progression wager have carnival game like theoretical house edges and most pros would advice not to wager on them. One could reduce that slightly is by counting Pictures and sevens. Still patience would be required due to the fact you would have to sit out most of the hands.
Greatest disadvantage to Mini Baccarat is money management. People can and will get carried away.

I'm pretty sure high low proverably fair dice at places such as 999 dice has better player odds than baccarat..

Great game if you are drunk and cannot think straight. Best Game odds for the gambler in the casino. Just stick to banker or player, don’t bet the tie. I generally don’t play the game, not enough action for me.

It worked for a while and but of course a long losing streak put me out of the game
Martingale only works if there are no table limits

The greatest advantage the Casino has against a gambler is the limits. The percentage of winners vs losers in a casino over time.?. The Casino, 98% favored. This number may be low.
Anyone thinks they have a system or process that can beat a casino today is either foolish, lying to themselves or misinformed. There are way's to lessen the casino advantages, but the moment you do, you have put a sign on your forehead. The more you play, the less the chance you will walk away a winner.
This is fact.

Bacc is my game now since sports is dead. Only thing I play but only in person at brick casinos. They send fatter than normal comps to bacc players and you tier up quicker for higher player's card and perks. There's a reason all the Asians play bacc and why it dominates Macau. I'd honestly rather play bacc than bet on sports now. It's truer 50/50 than anything else in the casino. They make commission free tables. Actually most casinos have them that I've been too. No more vig -110/100 on sports. The goal is to make $$$$ not pay juice.
