i am starting to realize i really prefer grilled chicken wings.. place by me does the confit style then grills them.. sometimes you can't even pick them up the bone comes right out..

The absolute best cider you can get anywhere is dickens cider....nothing on Gods green earth will get the heart pumpin' like that....but tomorrow the crew is roastin' a half a pig over the pit, plenty of pineapple juice to spray that bitch down good...corn roasted in the husk and a roasting pan filled with potato wedges...to wash it all down is 5 cases of sam adams...it helps that one of the crew works on a beer truck...best of luck in all plays guys...enjoy.....peace
