    neteller closed my account
Neteller closed my account for some reason today. I have there few thousands dollars. I wrote them an email today to see what is happening as the live chat did not want to tell me anything.
What could be a reason for that? I have there few thousands dollars which I withdrew from Pinnacle few days ago. What will happen to that money? How can I withdraw it? anybody with some experience with that?
And no, I did not do anything illegal, did not open multiple accounts, transfer money to/from friends etc.

They don't take accounts from Serbia. I guess you were just lucky for some time.

I have arrived 2 years does the same thing. The cause had been because I was entered in my account from a different computer from the usual, distant more than 200 km. They telephoned me and all it was resolved

I am in Italy now so that might be the problem then. And, I am from Bosnia, not Serbia and they take accounts from Bosnia (Sarajevo).
But, they must wire me my money in any case right?

You should always notify them before you travel if you plan to access the account. They automatically lock the account if you access it from a different country than your registration.

They will restore access once they talk to you and ask your security questions. They will *not* wire money until you have restored access to the account, for obvious reasons.

I just received an email from them. You were right caracalla, it is because I am in Italy now and my registered address is in Bosnia.
It is kind of good that they have these security meassures but I think that they should send some automatic email to say that not that I have to worry about my money and thinking why they closed my account!

They should offer the ability to leave a message in your account, telling them you will be traveling. That way, they can check that first before hanging you out to dry.

In effects it is not forbidden to enter from other computer, but it is necessary to inform them before

With as much money as many of us have in our Neteller accounts, I love seeing when they hedge to the side of extra security. Glad it worked out pjesnik24
