There is a good chance the Rams end up with a top 3 draft pick this year and could draft the top OT (Matthews), top WR (Watskins), top Defensive player (Clowney), a QB, or trade it for more more first round picks.
Will RG3 trade go down as the worst ever?

yeah, but i think the rams will end up with lot more (high end picks) than what NO traded. They've already drafted a very good young LB and Janoris Jenkins b/c of the skins trade. If they get a player like Clowney or Watkins, or 2 more first rounders, that would be getting close to that Cowboys/Vikings trade. You just can't expect to draft an Emmitt Smith.Comment -
#6No. The rg3 trade put the redskins back on the relevance map. Good trade on publicity alone. How many other 3 win teams are constantly being the lead story this year? this was a wasted season for the skins and look how many prime time games they have been in. How many have the browns been in? Cleveland still doesnt have a qb, redskins dont have that problemComment -

being relevant doesn't win football games. it only makes dan snyder richer. rg3 is a running qb and his nfl lifespan could be less than 5 years.
either way, i hope these draft picks can get the rams back on track for the playoffs one day. but doubtful unless they can get a lot more out of the qb position.Comment -
#8Washington Redskins is the richest NFL franchise. This tells me that regardless of their on field performance or ownership's inability to put a competitive team on the field the fans are sheep alike and will spend money to watch this team underperform year after year.Comment -

#10Redskins won 6 games with Rex Grossman and he didn't have Pierre Garcon to throw 2.
RG3-9 has a better team and a worse record.Comment -
#11[QUOTE=seaborneq;20491890]Rams still need a qb. So I don't see where the Redskins were fleeced at all.[/QUOTE
True but skins lacking a ton of talent. Talent they could have with all these picks.
Skins losing with a qb. Rams losing less without a qb. Who would you rather be?Comment -
#12Who was the player who refused to come to Dallas in the trade originally?Comment -
#13Never mind. It was Darren Nelson.
I missed it in the Wiki.Comment -

#19Originally posted by Black_QB's suckNo he isn't...Stop trying to be politically correct. That is the often used excuse with the black quarterback. That is why they are undraftable. If he was good, the Rams would not be selecting top 3 in a QB driven league.Comment -
#20OR do u think RG could be a decent quarterback on Seattles team?Comment
